No payment/no booking.
Payment is secure and it goes directly to WRC.
You will receive an email confirmation of your entry and payment.
WRC Per Class £12 for adv entry, £13 for late entry
Non WRC Per Class £14 for adv entry, £15 for late entry
Late entry applies after Saturday 16th October 2021
Rosettes to sixth place in each class Plus ‘Super’ Rosettes in all 3 Championships
Mini Championship follows: first place winners only from classes 1 – 3 only
In Hand Championship follows: first place winners only from classes 7 – 13 only
Lunch approximately 1230pm, after In Hand Championship
Ridden Championship follows: first place winners only from classes 14 – 21 only
Admission is granted and entries accepted only on these terms.
Anyone not complying with these rules may be asked to leave.
The organisers accept no liability for accidents to competitors, spectators, animals
or equipment and shall not be responsible for any loss, injury or damage. A
condition of entry is that all competitors have a minimum of third party public
liability insurance cover.
The judge’s decision in all cases is final.
For health and safety everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and
prevent accidents and obey the instructions of the organisers and stewards.
Riders/handlers must wear correctly fastened riding hats to PAS015, VG1 01.040,
ASTM F1163, SNELL E2001, AS/NZS or any higher standard in force on the day.
Body protectors are recommended.
All times published are approximate and for guidance only.
Ridden horses and ponies must be 4 years of age or older. No Colts/Stallions
ABSOLUTELY NO telephone entries.
No entry fee will be refunded without a doctor’s or vet’s certificate and a stamped
self-addressed envelope sent to the Entries Secretary.
No galloping or lungeing on the show ground or in the car park.
Strictly no dogs, due to Sparsholt EC policy.
No horses or ponies to be left tied to horseboxes / trailers unsupervised.
Please leave the parking areas clean and tidy: ABSOLUTELY NO mucking out of
horse trailers / lorries and please remove ALL loose hay and droppings.
The Organisers reserve the right to cancel the show, alter any judge, divide,
amalgamate or close classes. In the event of cancellation, entry fees will be
refunded, less £3 per rider to cover administration costs, within 28 days.
