All attendees must abide by all rules at all times. Anyone deemed to be breaking any rule will be required to immediately leave the showground. (No refunds will be payable.) Anyone appearing to be showing symptoms of the Covid-19 virus or any horse showing possible infectious disease symptoms, will be required to immediately leave the showground. (No refunds will be payable.) In accordance with current guidance and sublect to review : ALL ATTENDEES MUST PROVIDE THEIR OWN PROTECTIVE GLOVES AND MASKS & WEAR THESE AT ALL TIMES INDOORS, IN AREAS OF CLOSER CONTACT AND DURING THE COURSE WALK . Sanitiser is available at the venue Rules of attendance are per current protocols (subject to update). As current: riders are permitted to be accompanied to a maximum group of six (2 households). ALL PROPOSED ATTENDEES MUST BE LISTED WHERE REQUESTED WITH THE ONLINE ENTRY AND MUST ARRIVE WITH THE RIDER AND HORSES IN THE HORSEBOX. ASSISTANTS MAY NOT ENTER THE WARM UP ARENA. Note Warm up time - is strictly allocated in groups of five maximum. If you are not happy to warm up in the minimum period that can be allowed (10 -15 minutes dependant on volume of entries) PLEASE DO NOT ENTER as no alternative is possible. In single ring events the second ring is used to provide a preliminary wam up prior to entering the timed main warm up area. PLEASE MAKE YOUR ENTRIES IN GOOD TIME - A LATE ENTRY FEE OF £2 PER CLASS (i.e. £6 for the 3-class block entry in total) WILL BE APPLIED FROM MIDNIGHT ON 25/06/2021 ENTRY FOR EACH DAY WILL CLOSE WHEN AT CAPACITY First aid is charged at £5 per rider-day - i.e £15 for the three-day block entry. Start times will be published PER COMBINATION / PER CLASS ENTRY and will appear in the drawn order which will be displayed on the website by c.20:00 HOURS 2 days prior to each show day Entrants in a block of classes will be assumed to wish to jump their class on all three days - competitors should advise the Secretary contact if they DO NOT wish to start in any of the three classes included. Warm up Procedure (may be subject to review prior to event depending on Government directives). Under current protocols: *** There will be a precise Warm up time period allocated and a precise Competitive round start time. *** Participants must present to warm up and to the competition ring at their alloted times unless these have been officially amended ** Please ensure that we have your correct mobile number and check this for texts and Facebook page for any hold ups meaning that alterations to time are necessary on the day (e.g. in case of a prior competitor fall in the ring)

STABLES AVILABLE : £75 (Duration from 4pm Thursday 1st July earliest arrival, to Monday 5th July 9:30 am latest departure) * stablers at the first Summer Tour 25th - 27th June may also book to stay between the two shows * Cost £20 to include use of indoor warm up arena, extension of hookup £10 Hookup available (see SUNDRIES tab) = £65 the duration. Haylage and bedding available (see SUNDRIES) tab and must be pre-purchased
FOR ALL CLASSES IN THE EVENT OF INSUFFICIENT ENTRIES LOWER PRIZES WILL BE WITHHELD - rule 76.6 Prize giving format will be advised just before the event. Results will be published on the website on the day but will be subject to British Showjumping show office verification.. Prize money will be paid via bank transfer for this event. All refunds including for prize money will be executed within 28 days of the event.
Refreshments will be Take Away from the cafe only. Please observe Covid-19 distancing rules on queing. Masks or face covering must be worn at service counter - if you cannot wear a mask please allow another of your group to make the purchase. The event is affiliated to the British Showjumping Association and its rules apply to the competition offered and bind all parties. The schedule on the online entry system is an abbreviated version of the official BS schedule. Please refer to the official BS schedule available on the BS website - it is the rider (and BS registered guardian of junior rider) and the horse/pony owner who are responsible for ensuring eligibility for any class entered. A LATE ENTRY FEE OF £2 PRE CLASS I.E. £6 FOR THE 3-CLASS BLOCK ENTRY APPLIES TO ANY ENTRY SUBMITTED AFTER THE STATED 'CLOSING DATE' WHICH FOR THIS EVENT IS 25/6/2021. ENTRIES WILL BE ACCEPTED UNTIL THE SHOW DAY IS FULL, WHICH MAY BE BEFORE OR AFTER THE STATED 'CLOSING DATE'. CANCELLATIONS All cancellation or withdrawal requests must be by the original booking party BY EMAIL using the email address of the original booking transaction(s) and must be sent to office@southviewarena.com. We do not at any stage need to be informed of your reason for withdrawal/cancellation and vet’s certificates / medical certificates are NOT required. (saving the specific Covid 19 stipulations as detailed below.) CANCELLATION OF BLOCK ENTRY - UP UNTIL THE STATED ENTRIES CLOSING DATE (WHICH FOR THIS EVENT IS MIDNIGHT of FRIDAY 25/06/2021) YOU MAY CANCEL YOUR BLOCK ENTRY AND YOU WILL BE REFUNDED MINUS THE FOLLOWING SUMS: THE £1.50 ONLINE BOOKING FEE AS CHARGED AND ALWAYS RETAINED BY THE ONLINE BOOKING SYSTEM PROVIDERS, THE COMMISSION/FEES AS CHARGED AND ALWAYS RETAINED BY THE PAYMENT HANDLING OPERATORS (CURRRENTLY PAYPAL), AND A £5 CANCELLATION ADMIN FEE APPLICABLE TO EACH AND EVERY SEPARATE BOOKING OR SEPARATE CANCELLATION REQUESTED. After this cut-off date FOR ENTRIES AND FIRST AID ONLY : a 50% refund of entry fee plus relevant first aid charges will be allowed if the cancellation is made BY EMAIL as above, prior to NOON OF THE DAY WHICH IS TWO DAYS prior to the first day of the show (i.e. before noon of Wednesday 30th June 2021). Thereafter NO REFUND will be payable on cancellation/withdrawal of entries regardless of circumstance, saving the specific Covid 19 stipulations as detailed with the schedule on www.southviewarena.com. A horse may be substitued at any time up until the publishing of the first day's drawn order. Entries MAY NOT be transferred privately. CANCELLATION OF STABLES/HOOKUP Cancellations of stabling etc prior to the stated stables closing date (which for this event is MONDAY 21/06/2021) will be refunded exactly as stipulated for entry cancellation prior to entry closing date as above. After the stables cut off/closing date, NO REFUND WILL BE DUE regardless of circumstance. Stabling MAY NOT be booked for others and MAY NOT be transferred to other parties. Stabling MAY NOT be used for any purpose other than to house a horse/pony actually competing at the show in question during the opening period permitted for that show. ('duration' stabling begins from 4 pm of the day before the first day of the show and may extend until 9:30 am of the morning following the last day of the show. ALL RE-PAYMENTS DUE including REFUNDS due under the cancellation terms and PRIZE MONIES won, will be paid to the original booking party by means of a banl transfer. This will be completed within 28 days of the last day of the event, or within 28 days of cancellation of the event, should that occur. These payments will be annotated with the date of the event concerned and 'REFUND' or 'PRIZE' as appropriate. BANK DETAILS WILL BE REQUESTED OF PRIZE WINNER BY EMAIL AND THE ORIGINAL BOOKIGN TRANSACTION CODE WITLL BE INCLUDED FRO VERIFICATION OF SOURCE. PLEASE DO NOT SEND YOUR DETAILS UNTIL ASKED.
