DUE TO COVID RESTRICTIONS THERE WILL BE NO OFFICAL TACK INSPECTION, HOWEVER IT IS THE COMPETITORS’ RESPONSIBILITY TO ENSURE THEIR DRESS AND TACK COMPILES WITH PONY CLUB REGULATIONS 2021 FOR THE DISCIPLINE THEY ARE TAKING PART IN. COMPETITORS FOUND IN BREACH OF THESE REGULATIONS MAY BE DISQUALIFIED AT ANY TIME DURING OR AFTER THE COMPETITION

Please note: A horse/ pony is only permitted to take part in 2 classes and the same combination only in consecutive classes
All classes will be run as single phase
Individual entries must be made before entering as a team

Individual Rosettes to 8th Place Team Rosettes to 3rd Place Cup to highest placed VAHPC member in each class
Due to Covid restrictions, please only one Member of the Team or individual to collect the rosettes, as no price giving will take place.

Terms & Conditions
1. The decision of the Judges and Steward is final
2. No entry fees will be refunded unless the show is cancelled where there will be a refund less the administration charge
3. Save for the death or personal injury caused by negligence of the organisers , or anyone for whom they are in law responsible , neither the organisers of this event or The Pony Club not any agent, employee or representative of those bodies, nor the landlord or his tenant, accepts any liability for any accident , loss, damage or injury or illness to horses, owners , riders, spectators, land, cars, their contents and accessories , or any other personal property whatsoever, whether caused by their own negligence, breach of contract or in any way whatsoever. Entries are only accepted on this basis.
4. The organisers of this event have taken all reasonable precautions to ensure the health and safety of everyone present at this event. For those measures to be effective, everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents. They must obey the instructions of the organisers and all officials and stewards.
5. Objections must be written and handed to the Show Secretary within 15 minutes of the incident, together with a deposit of £20. If the objection is sustained the £20 will be refunded.
6. All classes to be judged under current Pony Club Show Jumping Rules in effect at the date of this competition, and in addition Classes 3 & 4 will also be judged under Spring Festival SJ Rules 2020/21 series. Copy of rules available from www.pcuk.org. Please check for eligibility.
7. Correct Riding attire and hat, which must comply with current Pony Club rules (see www.pcuk.org) must be won at all times when mounted. All Hats must be tagged. It is strongly recommended that body protectors are worn. Please note hair nets are compulsory and no jewellery is allowed.
8. Age is taken as of 1st January 2021. Class restrictions as at entry close date
9. The use of foul language and miss-use of spurs or whips will not be tolerated and will lead to immediate elimination
10. Entry to this competition constitutes acceptance of the Rules and Conditions

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING COVID REGULATIONS:
• Competitors will be required to provide the following information with their entry
• Name of horse
• Name of Rider
• Classes entered
• Only one adult per horse permitted to attend. Name of additional person per horse attending the centre on the day of the competitions must be provided on entry
• Horsebox/Trailer and car registration Number
• Payment details-all entries must be paid for online in advance of the show
• Competitors will also be asked to agree that they comply with Covid guidelines, which have been set up at the centre for the health and wellbeing of all centre visitors

ENTRIES CANNOT BE CHANGED AT THE VENUE ON THE DAY OF THE COMPETION
On the day of the Competition:
Competitors to provide their own A4 sized paper numbers and should also display their number in their vehicle on arrival
Competitors will be met by a member of the team at the entrance to the lorry park
Competitors will need to provide identification upon arrival at the centre
NO PERSON MAY ENTRE THE SHOW GROUND IF THEIR DETAILS HAVE OT BEEN PROVIDED ON THE ONLINE ENTRY FORM
Competitors will be directed to an allocated parking space. Please note that cars may be parked in a separate part of the show ground to Lorries. Sufficient space will be allocated between cars and Lorries to maintain correct social distancing measures.
A maximum of 5 competitors will be allowed in our outdoor warm up arenas, and 5 in each of the indoor warm up areas.
No members of the public may attend the warm up places on foot.
A collecting ring steward will call each competitor to the international arena at their allocated time
The competitor must enter the arena via the designated entrance as directed by the collecting ring steward
Competitors must head straight back to their Lorries after they have cooled off. They may not access to any other arena of farm track after their test has finished.
Results and rosettes will be made available to Team Managers/competitors during the day.
Social Distancing measures must be observed throughout the show. Hand sanitize and wash hands regularly during your visit to the centre. Face masks should be worn indoors (unless competing)
Toilets are available for use in the show centre. Disabled visitors should contact the Covid
Compliance Manager to ensure they have full access to toilet facilities during the course of their visit.
The Paddocks café team will provide a service on the day of competition and will be offering take away food and within social distancing parameters.
Competitors may not access the livery facilities during their visit to the centre.

Results will be posted on the VAHPC website. If you would prefer your child not to be named, please advise the secretary in writing
