PLEASE CAN ALL MEMBERS ENSURE THAT THEY ADHERE TO TRAINING RULES AND REGULATIONS (PLEASE SEE BELOW)
Keysoe Riding Club would like to continuously remind all members of the rules and regulations that must be adhered to when attending our organised training sessions. Any members that are seen not to follow the rules may be disqualified as a member from the club. We will aim to have a COVID-19 compliance volunteer on site at training sessions where possible.
1. Upon arrival at the venue please park a minimum of 5 meters away from other cars, trailers and lorries.
2. You are permitted to travel with up to 1 member of your household, but they must remain at the vehicle unless emergency assistance is required.
3. We ask that all members wear their medical armbands at all times, as well as displaying them clearly on your dashboard.
5. Please ensure your medical information contains the following:
a. Name
b. Horses Name & Description
c. Vehicle information
d. Two emergency contacts
6, At the time of entry that anyone displaying COVID-19 symptoms, however mild, should stay at home. Anyone who has been in contact with someone that is showing symptoms should stay at home. Anyone considered vulnerable should stay at home.
7. Riders are permitted to wear soft face masks that cover the mouth and nose, but no face shields are permitted. Nothing is to be attached to the riding hat.
8. Please avoid the sharing of all equipment, e.g. whips, any tack
9. There will be no dogs allowed on site at our training sessions.
10. We ask that members do not arrive on site more than 15 minutes prior to their time, and must leave no later than 15 minutes after the end of their session.
11. Riders are required to tack up immediately on arrival and ride straight to the arena and the start time of their session, and leave promptly at the end time of their session.
12. Anyone that does not comply with event protocols will be disqualified and asked to leave site immediately. There will be no exceptions to this rule. Any such instances will also be reported to BRC HQ for further disciplinary consideration if deemed appropriate.
