Julie is a Level 2 fitness instructor and UKCC equestrian coach. Combining this with a lifelong passion for sports, a healthy lifestyle and of course horses, we couldn’t think of anyone better to host our exciting new venture, EquiFit.

Designed with the modern day rider in mind these sessions are motivating, mood boosting and socially interactive. If you’re looking to improve fitness, strength and motivation in a relaxed, socially distanced environment these are the classes for you. Held in our indoor arena in the evenings, twice a week, sessions are open to all ages & abilities.

All you need to bring is comfortable keep fit clothes, your trainers, a water bottle and leave the music, lights and fun to us!

We will be hosting 1 hour taster sessions on Friday 13^th November 6pm – 7pm & 7pm – 8pm and Sunday 15^th November 6pm – 7pm,  so why not join us for a meet & greet with Julie and find out what she has in store.
