Payment Details & Event Fees

Bookings in advance using our Secure Online Entry System.
Payment is secure and it goes directly to West Wilts EC. You will receive an email confirmation of your class entry and payment.

Breakages to be paid for.
£55 per hour up to 4 horses additional horses at £11.50 each.

Lights (if required) will be charged for separately on arrival.
With lights ADD (£1.75 PER STRIP ALL £8.76). Payment with Cash please.

Terms & Conditions

Please read Important Competitor Infromation on Hme page of Webiste for all Covid regulations.

Heights can be adjusted but please DO NOT move the wings.  Please don not leave poles on the ground.

Please make sure you clear up all droppings before leaving.
