Terms & Conditions

If the event is unable to take place or you are unable to attend due to Covid-19 restrictions, we will refund your entry and booking in full. We will ensure that we make provision for, and adhere to any and all relevant Covid-19 recommendations and guidance that are current at the time of the event. As you will appreciate, the situation is fluid and the guidance is constantly changing. We will be responsive to any updates and/or changes and will contact all entrants in the run up, and immediately prior to the event with a clear plan of how we intend to manage the show whilst protecting the health and welfare of all the competitors, judges and staff.

The likely provisions will include social distancing at the venue and within the grounds, limited spectators, limitations on the number of people that may accompany each entrant, the use of the outside arenas only, increased spacing between lorries/vehicles, a take-away service from the on-site restaurant and outside seating only.
