Terms & Conditions
This is not a competition but a clear round will be rewarded with a rosette.
Bookings for each day will close at 5pm two days before the event.
Please do not arrive at the club field more than 30 minutes before your pre-booked time, and endeavour to leave within 30 minutes of the end of your time-slot(s).
A social distance of 10 meters must be observed between parked vehicles.
Social distancing guidelines as set out by the Government for individuals must be adhered to at all times during your visit.
Access to the club field is only permitted for pre-booked riders, one member of their household per rider/horse combination and a trainer during their permitted time slot(s).
Please bring your own gloves / sanitizer and use when opening or shutting the field gate, and when moving jumps.
The toilets should not be used unless in case of urgent need, in which case you must sanitize the toilet before and after use (including door handles).
You must not attend the club field if you are displaying any Covid-19 symptoms, however mild. Anyone who has been in contact with someone that is showing symptoms should stay at home. Anyone considered vulnerable should stay at home. You should check your temperature before leaving home.
Please also note:
• You should ideally have someone with you on foot (but not more than one person per rider/horse combination unless a trainer is also attending).
• You or your helper must have a mobile phone in case of emergency.
• If attending on your own, please note this when booking and include an emergency contact name and telephone number.
• Hats must be worn at all times when mounted and should be to at least the minimum standard, with harness properly adjusted and fastened.
• Body protectors are recommended when using the show jumps.
• XC fences must NOT be used.
• The gate must be kept closed at all times. v• Please note there is no water supply at the club field and you should therefore bring your own.
