Show Information

All jumping on artificial surfaces
All classes will be single phase – second section against the clock
All classes will be outside in the main arena, with warm up in the Indoor school if weather is bad.
Please note due to taking entries on the day it is difficult to predict class start times.

ENTRIES CLOSE once class has started. To guarantee your entry please pre-enter.
Entries in advance or on the day if space. You can book using our Secure Online Entry System.
Payment is secure and it goes directly to Sparsholt College.
You will receive an email confirmation of your booking and payment.

Entry Fee in advance: £13 per class
Entries on the day: £2 extra per class
3 classes (same horse or same rider): £39 – must be paid for at same time
First Aid Cover: £4 per rider

Special Classes

Cricklands League Finals
Every combination achieving a double clear in classes 2 to 7 at any of the shows will qualify for the Cricklands Championships of Great Britain at the David Broome Centre. The championship shows are held in August. Qualifcation cards can be collected from the ofce on the day and will not be backdated.

Our shows are qualifiers for The Sunshine Tour Championships held at The All England Jumping Course, Hickstead each September. The Championships are for unaffiliated and amateur competitors in Dressage from Intro to Elementary, Show Jumping from Lead Rein to 1.05m; Showing for lead rein, in-hand, ridden, working hunter, veterans, plus many more, Eventers Challenge from 60cm through to 1m. Qualification: 1st – 4th in dressage, show jumping & showing and 1st-6th in eventers challenges. Bring your Personal Qualification Form available from www.sunshinetour.co.uk or ask the Secretary for a ‘Wild Card’. Terms & Conditions

• It shall be deemed a condition of entry that the organisers, the landowner and his agents shall not be held responsible for any loss, injury or damage to competitors, onlookers, their property, servants or horses and ponies howsoever caused on the premises • Riders must wear riding hats to current approved British Standards, with the chinstrap properly fastened at all times when mounted • All competitors have a responsibility to ensure that they and their horse are ft and at an appropriate standard to compete in the event • NO DOGS are allowed on the college premises due to College Farm Policy • NO SMOKING is allowed around the arenas, there are designated smoking areas in the lorry park • The Organiser reserves the right to cancel any show, alter classes and refuse any entries without explanation. In the event of cancellation, refunds will be made less £3 per entry form to cover administration costs • All horses and ponies must be 4 years old or over • Horses may be ridden once only in each class • No lungeing permitted • Please use the bins provided for litter and droppings • In the interests of health and safety, everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents occurring and obey the instructions of the Organiser and Stewards • For the avoidance of doubt and unless explicitly stated to the contrary, medical facilities will be limited to standard NHS accident and emergency callout • Horses and ponies tied up outside horse boxes or trailers must not be left unsupervised • Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult • All classes will be judged under current BS rules • The organiser can withhold prize money if insufcient entries • No refunds, substitutions or transfers can be made after entries close • First aiders on site. Vet on call.
