Bookings in advance using our Secure Online Entry System.
Payment is secure and it goes directly to West Wilts EC. You will receive an email confirmation of your class entry and payment.

£30.00 per hour up to 2 horses (£10.00 each for additional horse – max 4)

Terms & Conditions

PLEASE READ ALL OF THIS STATEMENT, WE DO NOT WANT ANY MISUNDERSTANDINGS.
All competitions until further notice are cancelled in line with BEF and government guidelines. This will be under constant review.
Private bookings for dressage arenas (inside 60x20, top outdoor 40x20) and the large show jump arena (bottom outdoor) will be available in time slots from Tuesday morning 24th March.
The booking facility will appear on our website as early as we can arrange for tomorrow.
All bookings are to be made online.
One important point that we should make, although this would be the case where ever you want to ride your horse, the emergency services are under pressure and in the event of an accident it may not be possible for the emergency services to respond as quickly as they would normally.
There are a number of rules which we would ask you to keep to and by booking any arenas to hire you agree to these terms and conditions.
1. Please minimise the number of people with you, only bring those you need to assist.
2. There may be others at the centre who have booked other facilities, please keep a safe distance away (min 2 mtrs)
3. The office will not be accessible, but staff will be in attendance.
4. Please observe good hygiene practices, whilst here, the only facilities open other than the arenas will be the toilets which will be sprayed on a regular basis, please use gloves wherever possible to avoid touching surfaces. Outer doors will be fixed open to avoid the need to touch them.
5. Please do not attend if you are in any high-risk group or feeling unwell.
This is a trial to see if we can run this responsibly minimising the risk to any third parties. If we can, we will do so, keeping all parties safe in this very difficult time. If we find that attendees are not behaving in a responsible manner, we will ask them to leave.
We are in a very serious situation and we do not want anybody attending to make that situation any worse.
