This competition will run under British Riding Club Rules. Hats
All hats must have a visible aqua (BRC) hat tag in place before they are used for warming up and competing, to show that it meets the current safety standards. There will be a trained official available on the day to do this for you if your hat does not currently have one. For up to date hat rules please see the current BRC Handbook.

Body Protectors
A body protector is obligatory in all cross-country competitions and is strongly recommended in show jumping competitions. A BETA Level 3 displaying either a Purple 2009 label or Blue 2018 label must be worn. Body protectors should be fitted and worn as per the manufacturer’s instructions. The up to date BETA list of body protectors can be obtained from www.beta-uk.org.

Riders wearing Exo Body Cage with a 2000 purple label will be permitted. The competitor must inform the secretary at all events.

Payment Details & Event Fees
Entries in advance or on the day entries will be accepted, space permitting. To enter:

A: You can enter using a Secure Online Entry System:
Payment is secure and it goes directly to The College EC.
You will receive an email confirmation of your class entry and payment.

B: Download & complete the Entry Form and return to the Secretary together with your cheque made payable to "The College EC" or fill in your Credit/ Debit card details please include issue, start and expiry date.

C: Call the office and enter using your credit card on 01234 708400/ 1.

ODE ENTRIES: Entry Fee £50.00 plus £10.00 start fee payable on the day.

Paper numbers will be issues, bib deposit £10 at declarations.
