An amazing one day biomechanics and pole-work camp. Open to Senior and Youth riders.

What's involved?

Rider Biomechanics with franklin balls - With Ali Lane, a British Dressage (BD) Registered Trainer and UKCC Qualified Coach: -

• Sessions in pairs with franklin balls and alignment jackets and photos/video, working on better ridden positions and body awareness.

• Interactive saddle horse workshop identifying faults on saddle horses and easy cues to correct them.

• Fix my position workshop - Using equiPilates and intrinsic biomechanics exercises on mats to help with common position faults and all round better ridden posture and position. Worksheet to take home detailing everything from the day!

• Dressage pole work session with Jo Swain.

• Dengie Q&A and weighbridge.

• Day stables

• Lunch + hot & cold drinks for the day

IMPORTANT: Equine Flu Bio-security

Inline with the current BEF, BHS and BD recommendations, all competing horses or horses attending events at Swallowfield must have been vaccinated or had a booster for Equine Influenza within the last 6 months, up to and including the event date.

NO DOGS PLEASE - this applies to all areas of Swallowfield EC land, property and facilities. However you may walk your dog along the public footpath that runs through the fields. Dogs must then be kept on a lead at all times.
