Please enter into the CLASS NOTES (Not event notes) at the time of entering online if you want to be near a friend/Travelling Partner. Horses doing two classes have time preference and will be drawn in the 2nd half of their first class and first half of their second class. 

ALL PRE-ENTRY via our online entries system - Entries Close by 9am the day before the show or earlier if classes become full , no entries accepted after this. 
Rules: Classes will be run under Single Phase – The second part of the course will be timed to decide the placings.

Payment Details & Event Fees

You can enter using a Secure Online Entry System. Payment is secure and it goes directly to Coombelands Equestrian.
You will receive an email confirmation of your class entry and payment.
First Aid Charge: £4 per rider

Prize Information

 Rosettes 1st-10th in all Classes. Special rosettes for all for Class 1 (50cm).

Special Classes

Sunshine Tour Qualifer - These shows are Sunshine Tour Qualifiers held at Hickstead from Thursday 17th - Sunday 20th September. 1st-4th Placings Qualify for Show Jumping. Please remember if you would like to qualify for the Sunshine Tour Championships you need to apply for a Personal Qaullifier form to bring to the show with you for the secretary to sign. Apply Online at www.sunshinetour.co.uk   Qualifiers are only held between 1st January and 31st July 2020. 

Withdrawals/Refunds

If you need to withdraw a 50% refund will be given if you withdraw 48 hours before the show. NO REFUNDS/Transfers to another date GIVEN AFTER THIS
