Combination of horse and rider are not eligible if they have ever been placed 1st -3rd AS AN INDIVIDUAL in the NOVICE or above Pony Club Show Jumping Championships. Entries close Monday 10th February 2020 or earlier if class full
Late Entries: £4 extra per class numbers permitting
Please call to check if class is full before travelling to ‘enter on the day’
Competitors must report to the “Safety tack inspection” Steward at least 15 minutes before competing.
IT IS THE COMPETITOR’S RESPONSIBILITY TO ENSURE THEIR DRESS AND TACK COMPLIES WITH PONY CLUB REGULATIONS 2020 FOR THE DISCIPLINE THEY ARE TAKING PART IN. COMPETITORS FOUND IN BREACH OF THESE REGULATIONS MAY BE DISQUALIFIED AT ANY TIME DURING OR AFTER THE COMPETITION.

Terms & Conditions
1. The decision of the Judges and Stewards is final. 2. No entry fees will be refunded. 3. All classes are open to Pony Club and non Pony Club members. Non PC members must be covered by their own insurance. 4. Save for the death or personal injury caused by the negligence of the organisers, or anyone for whom they are in law responsible, neither the organisers of this event or The Pony Club nor any agent, employee or representative of these bodies, nor the landlord or his tenant, accepts any liability for any accident, loss, damage, injury or illness to horses, owners, riders, spectators, land, cars, their contents and accessories, or any other personal property whatsoever, whether caused by their negligence, breach of contract or in any way whatsoever. Entries are only accepted on this basis. 5. The organisers of this event have taken all reasonable precautions to ensure the health & safety of everyone present at this event. For these measures to be effective, everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents. They must obey the instructions of the organisers and all officials and stewards. 6. Objections must be written and handed to the Show Secretary within 15 minutes of the incident, together with a deposit of £20. If the objection is sustained the £20 will be refunded. 7. All classes to be judged under current Pony Club Show Jumping Rules in effect at the date of this competition, and in addition, Class 3 & 4 will also be judged under Winter Series Debut & Winter League SJ Rules 2019/20 series. Copy of rules available from www.pcuk.org. Please check for eligibility 8. Correct riding attire and hat, which must comply with current Pony Club rules (see www.pcuk.org) must be worn at all times when mounted. All hats must be tagged. It is strongly recommended that body protectors are worn. Please note hair nets are compulsory and no jewellery is allowed. 9. Age is taken as at 1st January 2020. Class restrictions as at entry close date. 10. The use of foul language will not be tolerated and will lead to immediate elimination. 11. Entry to this competition constitutes acceptance of the Rules & Conditions
