Entries close 3 days before each competition or earlier if we have reached our capacity for that day, which will be shown on the online entry page of the Petley website
Late entries, if space, £3 extra per class.
All classes are on an excellent well maintained surface. Judges will be BD listed judges and classes will run alongside BD classes on the same day.
Warm up takes place in a separate area.
It is the competitor's responsibility to report to the Steward in time for their slot.
No changes in time can be accommodated unless with exceptional circumstances

Entries in advance only. You can book using our Secure Online Entry System.
Payment is secure and it goes directly to Petley Wood EC.
You will receive an email confirmation of your booking and payment.

ENTRY FEES: £14 PER CLASS
Late entries, if space, £3 extra per class.

Prize Information
Class 1A Trophy.
All other classes 1st £20, 2nd £15, 3rd £12 at the ratio of 1 prize per 10 starters, providing there are more than 5 starters

Special Classes
Qualifiers for South of England championships, Hickstead unaffiliated championships and Sunshine tour Finals where applicable.

Withdrawals/Refunds
Refunds for online bookings for shows/Arena hire/clinics etc will only be made if withdrawals are made by email to info@petleywoodequestrian.co.uk up till 7 days before the booked date, these refunds will be subject to a £5 admin charge. Where a wait list is held and you can be replaced a refund will be given and also subject to the admin charge within the 7 day period . Withdrawals made before the 7 day period can also be transferred or refunded to a similar event but will incur the admin charge for refunds. Refunds will not include the booking fee which is paid to our online entry agents
