Important Notice To All Competitors
Class entries may need to be restricted to due to loss of light – Pre-Entry for Dressage
All other classes can be entered on the day – providing time and space allows
Pre-Entries – lower price and guaranteed a place in each class entered plus an additional discount for bulk entries per rider
ALL COMPETITORS will need to provide/produce their membership cards/numbers when entering to be eligible for discounted rates

Payment is secure and it goes directly to Coleshill Heath Riding Club.
You will receive an email confirmation of your booking and payment.

ALL Standard CHRC Club Rules Apply plus those rules relating to the VENUE as outlined below
RULES & CONDITIONS:
SRC and / or the organising committee cannot be held responsible for any accident, damage, injury or illness to horses, ponies, riders, owners, grooms, ground spectators or any other person or property whatsoever other than liability for refund of entry fee in the event of abandonment of the competition or a class.
HEALTH & SAFETY:
The organisers of this event have taken all reasonable precautions to ensure the health and safety of everyone present. For these measures to be effective everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid accidents occurring and must obey the instructions of the organiser and all officials and steward. All riders when riding, whether competing or not, must wear hard hats marked BS / EN 1384, PAS015 with a BSI Kitemark or prefixed with ASTM with an SEI mark or SNELL E2001 all worn with a strap properly adjusted and fastened. Correct dress & footwear to be worn. Horses & ponies must be 4 years old and over. Entries accepted at rider’s risk. The organisers reserve the right to refuse an entry at their discretion, cancel, amend or amalgamate any class for any reason whatsoever. The organisers’ decision is final. Will dog owners please note – we now have a poop scoop policy in operation, please use the bins provided.
PLEASE TAKE YOUR RUBBISH HOME AND DO NOT MUCK OUT YOUR HORSEBOX ON OUR GROUNDS.
