Show Information
For our combined training competitions this year, we are introducing a cross country phase immediately after completing the SJ phase, this will include the bank and dyke and simulated XC fences and hopefully be an ideal training opportunity. Dressage phase will run indoors.
Entries will close 3 days prior to each show at midday unless classes are full, which will be shown on the online entry page of the Petley website
Late entries, if space, £3 extra per class.

Payment Details & Event Fees
Entries in advance only. You can book using our Secure Online Entry System.
Payment is secure and it goes directly to Petley Wood EC.
You will receive an email confirmation of your booking and payment.

Extra jumping rounds for Horses entered in CT - £10 per round
Schooling rounds over CT courses for non entered horses - £20 per round
Combined Training entry fee: £30.00
Dressage entry fee: £15
Late entries, if space, £3 extra per class.

Prize Information
Combined Training prize money: £30, £25, £25 (1 prize money per 10 starters subject to more than 5 in a class).
Dressage prize money: £20,£15,£12 (At the ratio of 1 prize per 10 starters subject to more than 5 in a class)
Rosettes: 1st - 6th.

Withdrawals/Refunds
Refunds for online bookings for shows/Arena hire/clinics etc will only be made if withdrawals are made by email to info@petleywoodequestrian.co.uk up till 7 days before the booked date, these refunds will be subject to a £5 admin charge. Where a wait list is held and you can be replaced a refund will be given and also subject to the admin charge within the 7 day period . Withdrawals made before the 7 day period can also be transferred or refunded to a similar event but will incur the admin charge for refunds. Refunds will not include the booking fee which is paid to our online entry agents
