Note: If classes become full a wait list will be held. If spaces are available late entries may be accommodated at £2.00 extra per class

Classes 1, 3, 5 & 6 will be in the indoor arena, Classes 2 & 4 will be in the outdoor arena.

Classes 1 & 2: Horse/rider combination not to have won a prelim or higher level test. However HC entries are permitted. Horses entered in the Area team competition are not allowed to compete in these classes.

There is no restriction on any of the other classes (with the exception of those in a riding club team who are competing as a team member in class 3, 4 or 5 as set out below).

Teams: This event includes the Area 11 winter team friendly dressage competition (1). Teams of three, one of each in classes 3, 4 & 5. Team members in classes 3 & 4: horse can have unlimited BD prelim points but no points at novice or above. Team members in class 5: horse can have unlimited BD prelim/novice points and can have up to 35 points at elementary but no points at medium or higher. Rosettes to 6th place for the teams.

Entries in advance. You can book using our Secure Online Entry System.
Payment is secure and it goes directly to Elstead Riding Club.
You will receive an email confirmation of your booking and payment.
Entry Fee: ERC members £12 / Non-members £15 per class
Teams: £45 per team (team members also entered as an individual in their respective classes) - entry form for teams on the BRC Area 11 website.

Withdrawals/Refunds
Please advise as soon as possible if you need to withdraw.

Terms & Conditions
RULES AND REGULATIONS 1. All events will be run in accordance with the current British Riding Clubs Hand Book. Where not covered by the BRC Hand Book, the British Dressage rules will apply. 2. The decision of the Judge is final. 3. Any objection must be made in writing within 30 minutes of the incident, accompanied by a deposit of £20 which will be refunded if the objection is sustained. Neither the organisers nor Priory Equestrian accept liability for any claims in respect of injury or damage to any person, animal or property, however caused. 4. The organisers reserve the right to amend the schedule as necessary including moving tests to a different arena if circumstances require this. 5. The organisers reserve the right to reject or cancel any entry made by any person or cancel any class (refunding any fees paid less £3 per competitor to cover administrative expenses). 6. No entries will be refunded without a Vet or Doctor's Certificate. 7. Dogs must be kept on leads at all times. 8. A ‘riding hat’ designed to provide protection and with a three point harness properly adjusted and fitted must be worn at all times when mounted. The BRC standard for protective headgear can be found at http://www.bhs.org.uk/enjoy-riding/british-riding-clubs/brc-handbook Team members’ hats must have an aqua tag. Competitors are responsible for ensuring their hat meets the required standard. 9. Stewards' instructions must be followed. 10. Misuse of whips or spurs will incur elimination. Blatant use of bad language may result in the competitor being eliminated and/or barred from further competitions. 11. Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult. 12. The organisers reserve the right to eliminate any competitor who, in their opinion, places him/herself or others in any danger or who fails to observe the rules in this schedule. 13. Horses who are not competing are not allowed on the show ground without prior permission from the show secretary. 14. All competitors and/or owners, must have their own insurance which includes suitable public liability.

Photography and/or Filming: Please be advised that photography and/or filming will be taking place at our events. This could be in the arenas or within the exercising and lorry parking areas. If you do not wish to appear in any images captured please inform the secretary so that we can take appropriate steps to ensure you are not included. The photographs/film could potentially be included in publicity sent to the local press or in Elstead Riding Club promotional materials in the future and may also be published on the Elstead Riding Club website and social media. Please note that any professional photographer or camera person must report to the Show Secretary and pay a fee of £15 to Priory Equestrian.

HEALTH & SAFETY: The event is organised in accordance with health and safety legislation and all who have, to any extent, control of the site on which this event is run are responsible for ensuring that everything reasonably practicable is done to ensure health, safety and welfare of those attending the event. The organisers have taken reasonable precautions to ensure the health and safety of everyone present. For these measures to be effective please take all reasonable precautions to avoid accidents, and obey the instructions of all Stewards and Officials.
