First Aid levy is £3.60 per rider per day (including VAT).

Unless the venue offer the individual concerned otherwise, specifically and expressly at the show,  PRIZE MONEY must be collected at the show, else it is forfeit.

A NOTE RE. NON-BS-REGISTERED HORSES AND/OR RIDERS - as of 1-1-2020 BS Day Tickets must be pre-purchased on the British Showjumping website i.e. in advance of making your entry at the show or on the online booking system. Non-Member Tickets can no longer be supplied by the Show Venue. See www.britishshowjumping.co.uk. Cost for the ticket is now £5 per day and you must enter the show using the number then provided.

Two sections available Grade B, Grade C. This is a handicap class, the Grade B start height is 1.30m and the Grade C start height is 1.25m. The first 8 horses qualify for the final, held at the Blue Chip Winter Championships. Qualification does not pass down the line. Qualifiers must jump a clear in the first round. The above dates will still apply as regards cancellation and refund policy as below. 
All cancellations prior to the commencement of the show must be BY EMAIL AND USING THE BOOKING EMAIL ADDRESS to office@southviewarena.com (and you must have received an email receipt acknowledgement and/or our formal reply); after start of the show cancellation of class entries may be by email, as above, or in person at the Show Office for which a cancellation receipt will be issued. 

Stables and Hook up: if cancelled prior to STABLES/HOOKUP closing deadline: refunded less £5 admin fee per booking transaction, or per cancellation transaction. Stables or hook up cancelled after STABLES/HOOKUP closing deadline: strictly NO REFUND IS PAYABLE, regardless of circumstance. Neither private resale nor exchange of stables or hookup is permitted. Boxes will only be allocated for the ponies and account holder as specified in the original booking and registration numbers must be provided.

Bookings for which no class entries are received for the pony/account holder specified by the class entries closing date will be deemed to be cancelled after closing and no refund will be due. * STABLES MUST BE OCCUPIED BY A HORSE ACTIVELY COMPETING AT THE SHOW ON THE ACCOUNT OF THE BOOKING PARTY AND MAY NOT BE USED FOR ANY OTHER PURPOSE * !!!PLEASE DO NOT BOOK STABLES FOR OTHERS – THEY WILL NOT BE ALLOCATED!!! PLEASE INCLUDE REQUESTS TO BE STABLED NEAR A FRIEND IN THE NOTES FACILITY ON THE BOOKING SYSTEM AND WE WILL DO OUR BEST TO OBLIGE (NOTE: PRIORITY OF ALLOCATION ORDER WOULD THEN BE PER THE LATER OF THE BOOKINGS MADE) SouthView have the right to resell boxes at their sole discretion and this does not in any way affect refund entitlement. Vets/medical certificates are not required. 

Class Entries: if cancelled prior to the stated CLASS ENTRIES closing deadline, entry fees refunded in full provided the rider still participates at the show; if the rider does not participate at the show a £5 admin fee will be deducted per booking transaction or per cancellation transaction; if class entries are cancelled after CLASS ENTRIES closing deadline but prior to the online or show venue publishing of a drawn order,  50% of entry fees refunded; after publishing of the drawn order for drawn order classes NO REFUND OF ENTRY FEES IS DUE  regardless of circumstance. Vets/medical certificates are not required.

Entries after the stated Entries Closing Date will incur a late entry fee of £2

Postal, telephone and emailed bookings and entries WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. In exceptional circumstances we may agree to waive this rule but a  £5 admin fee will be payable.
The online booking fee is £1.50 per complete transaction including VAT and is levied by the booking system provider, MRL - this is not refundable. 

Admin fees are not refundable.

Valid refunds will be made as per the original payment means and will be actioned as soon as possible and at latest within 35 days of the last day of the event.
