PLEASE NOTE: pre-entry for the first class of each day in both rings IS MANDATORY for this show and must be made VIA THE ONLINE BOOKING SYSTEM in advance of the show day concerned. Entry for these first classes will close online one hour prior to the published ring start time

(Competitors who are stabling at site may make their entry manually with the Show Secretary in the Show Office on the prior day.)

Class Entries which are subsequently cancelled will be refunded / not charged PROVIDED cancellation is made by email to office@southviewarena.com, or in person at the Show Ofiice BEFORE the first competitor enters the ring for the class concerned (as recorded by the judges on the official judging system.)

A withdrawal receipt will be issued when actioned manually and when by email an acknowledging  response will be returned.

IT IS THE HORSE OWNER & RIDER’S RESPONSIBILITY TO CHECK ELIGIBILITY FOR ANY CLASS.
PLEASE BE SURE TO STATE SECTION ENTERED CLEARLY ON DUAL SECTION CLASSES – SECTION CANNOT BE AMENDED AFTER JUDGING HAS COMMENCED IF YOU DO NOT STATE SECTION ON ENTERING CLEARLY, YOU WILL BE PLACED IN THE UNRESTRICTED / OPEN SECTION

Payment Details & Event Fees

 Payment may be made via debit or credit card, or Paypal account online, or by card, cash or Paypal in person at the Show Office. Cheques will only be accepted on provison of full address and contact information and evidence of address and signature. Cheques must be made out to SOUTH VIEW EQUESTRIAN CENTRE LIMITED.

Prize Information

Prizes paid in accordance with BS regulations, including rule 76.6

Prize monies due must be collected at the event else are forfeit.

Refreshments:

Licensed café open throughout serving hot/cold drinks, snacks and meals

Withdrawals/Refunds

Stabling offered at a special duration rate of £25 to first 74 booked and paid online only. Hookup is offered at special duration rate of £35 to the first 15 booked and paid nline only

Stabling and Hookup cancellations:  If cancelled by email to office@southviewarena.com by midnight on 23/3/2020, the stable/hookup fee will be refunded less a £5 admin fee. After this time no refund will be due regardless of circumstance. 

Private resale by the booker is not permitted and will not be allowed.

Stables may only be used for a horse cometing at the event and not for any other purpose.

Requests to be stabled near others should be  made in the NOTES facility when booking and must be made by all parties concerned to be actioned. Allocation will be on the basis of the date/time of the latest  booking made in the group.

The £1.50 onlne booking fee is levied by the systems providers MRL and is not refundable in any circumstance.
