Please note passport checks are in operation for all horses. Passports must be checked at the Show Office before unloading. Please check our website for the most recent rules regarding vaccinations.
Timings: Class times will be made available with bridle numbers on the evening of Friday 20th December. All times are approximate and may be subject to change. No paper numbers will be given. You may use your own bridle numbers, alternatively, remember your number and give this to the steward in the warm-up and you will be called for your round in order. Course walk will be approximately 15 minutes before the start of the class.
Clear Round: 1/2 hour at the end of each class if time allows.

Show Information
Online entries close midday on Friday 20th December. Entries on the day only if space permits.
We reserve the right to close entries if classes are full before this date. After close of entries no further entries will be accepted until the day of the show in person.
This event will run under BS Rules. Competition to take place in indoor arena.
NB: Junior riders have to be 16 and under on the day of competing.
Single Phase Event A competitor may continue to the timed section of the course unless they are eliminated in the first round. The judge will signal an elimination by ringing the bell at which point the rider will leave the arena immediately. This may change to 2 phase if very large entries.
Dress: Relaxed but smart. Fancy dress encouraged.

Payment Details & Event Fees
You can enter using a Secure Online Entry System:
Payment is secure and it goes directly Wellington Riding.
You will receive an email confirmation of your class entry and payment.

Entry fee £15 pre-entry per class. £18 on the day per class. & £4 paramedic fee per rider. During the winter months we are restricted by the light and entries often fill up before the close of our pre-entry deadline. If you are planning to make an entry on the day please call in advance to ensure that there is space.

Prize Information
Rosettes 1st-6th place. Prizes for first place in each section.

Withdrawals/Refunds
Withdrawals/refunds: In line with BS rule 79.5 cancellations received by noon 48 hours before the first day of competition will have 50% of the entry fees refunded. After this time, no refunds will be given. Transfers will be allowed for withdrawals received before the day of the show. If weather conditions are extreme, please check our website for updates or call in case of cancellation.

Terms & Conditions
Entry constitutes an agreement to be bound by & to abide by the Rules and Regulations of Wellington Riding see www.wellington-riding.co.uk/shows-and-events/  IMPORTANT – Rules pertaining to the Health & Safety of all persons at Wellington Riding. 1) All competitors should wear a correctly fastened hat to the current BSI Standards at all times when mounted on the show ground.  2) All dogs should be kept on a lead at all times.  3) All horses or ponies, when outside the arena, should be moved at walk only, to ensure the safety of all spectators and pedestrians.  4) Children under the age of 16 years should be accompanied by a parent or guardian over the age of 18 yrs, who will be held responsible for their behaviour and welfare.  5) Please note that flash photography is strictly forbidden. Mobile phones should be switched off during competitions. 6) Smoking is prohibited anywhere on site. 7) Please Keep the lorry park clear of hay and droppings. 8) For safety reasons, the gate across the main driveway must be kept closed at all times.  Although every effort will be made to ensure the safety of participants, horse riding is a risk sport and therefore, Wellington Riding and its staff cannot accept responsibility for any accident, damage or injury to horses, riders, owners or other persons or property.
