Classes will start at 9.30 although we retain the right to alter this due to weather conditions
All classes and warm-up are on all weather surfaces

Payment Details & Event Fees

You can enter using our Secure Online Entry System. Payment is secure and it goes directly to Wittering Academy.
You will receive an email confirmation of your entry and payment.

ENTRY FEES: £10 Members; £14 Non-members; Late entries £3 extra if space NO ENTRY WITHOUT PAYMENT
Time preferences cannot be guaranteed but will try to accommodate!

Prize Information

ROSETTES: To 6th Place (Juniors/Seniors will be separated if 6 or more juniors otherwise rosette to best junior)

Special Classes

This season we will be running a WARC MEMBERS LEAGUE whereby points will be awarded as follows: 1st place 6pts; 2nd 5pts; 3rd 4pts; 4th 3 pts; 5th 2pts; 6th 1 pt. Juniors will be separate if 6 or more in the class. Points will accumulate over all of the competitions and there will be prizes for the top 3 members in each level at the end of the season.

Terms & Conditions

To be run under Wittering Academy Riding Club rules (hard hats with chin straps are required), entry into the event signifies acceptance of the rules (copy on website). Entry also signifies agreement to be photographed by the official photographer(s) if present. All reasonable precautions taken regarding Health and Safety, but WARC accept no liability for any loss, damage or accident to persons, animals or property however caused. Non BRC or PC members should ensure they have valid insurance to cover both themselves and their mounts. PLEASE ENSURE ALL DROPPINGS AND HAY ARE REMOVED FROM THE LORRY PARK PLEASE NOTE WE WILL NEED HELPERS TO SET UP THE ARENA ON SATURDAY AFTERNOON AND ON THE DAY; PLEASE CONTACT JANICE IF YOU CAN HELP!
