Terms & Conditions
1. The organisers and landowner do not accept any responsibility for damage, accident, injury or illness to horses, riders, spectators or personal property. 2. All horses must have passports which should be shown on arrival. Vaccinations must be up to date. Any horses that has not been vaccinated in the last 6 months could be refused entry. 3. No unauthorised persons to enter rings. 4. No horse or pony under 4 years of age to enter any ridden classes 5. The judges decision is final 6. No illegal assistance by spectators 7. Dressage section will be run under BD rules 8. Under no circumstances will entry fees be refunded due to cancellation by competitors (unless accompanied by a veterinary certificate). 9. Bagnum Equestrian Centre reserves the right to refuse or cancel any entry or entries of any person if they shall deem it fit to do so without reasons for doing so. 10. Bagnum Equestrian Centre reserves the right to amalgamate classes if there are insufficient entries. 11. Anyone found galloping around arenas will be asked to leave 12. The judge may disqualify any competitor for misuse of whips or spurs. 13. No lunging 14. Competitors who disobey any judge or officials decision could be refused entry to future competitions. 15. Competitors are responsible for adhering to their start times. Riders arriving late may only be allowed to take part at the judge’s discretion. 16. In the event of adverse weather conditions, it is the competitors responsibility to ring the secretary on 07843094248 17. All dogs must be kept on leads
