Prize Information
Prizes must be collected at the show else are forfeit, except where entries are made in advance and online,  in which case prizes may be paid via the booking system as a refund per normal refund terms. 

Refreshments:

Licensed café open throughout serving hot/cold meals/snacks/drink to eat in or take away

Withdrawals/Refunds

Class Entry cancellation handled in accordance with BS rules

Stables: If cancelled prior to midnight on 24/10/2019 refunded less £5 cancellation admin fee and the £1.50 online booking fee. After this date not refundable regardless of circumstance and regardless of resale. 

Valid refunds paid via orginal payment means within 28 days of the last day of the event.
