The Arrival time for stabling is 3pm and departure time is 12pm. If riders wish to keep their stables for longer than these times they will need to book an extra night to retain it.

Show Information

 We are operating a 12-month vaccination policy for this show. All passports must be presented upon arrival.

Payment Details & Event Fees

Entries in advance. No entry forms will be accepted without payment. To enter:

You can enter using a Secure Online Entry System:
Payment is secure and it goes directly Bury Farm Equestrian Centre.
You will receive an email confirmation of your class entry and payment.

Stabling Information: Yes

Stabling can be booked online with your show entries.

The cost for stabling is as follows: 1 night £45, 2 nights £60, 3 nights or duration £90.

The arrival time for stabling is 3pm and departure time is 1pm. If riders wish to keep their stables for longer than these times they should consider booking an extra night to retain it.

No arrivals after 8pm please.

Sunday night stabling is available. Please contact organiser if required, dressage@buryfarmestates.co.uk

Hook Up can also be booked online alongside your entries, £25 for one night, £50 for duration (2 nights or more).

Shaviings (£9), hay (£2 per slice/£6 per small bale) and haylage (£2 per slice/£8 per small bale) will be available to buy via the stable managers at the show. 

Shavings must be used in our permanent indoor stables. Competitors are welcome to bring their own shavings. Ad-lib free straw is provided for temporary stables. 

Day stables may be booked @£25 per day but only if overnight stables are not booked to capacity. Day stabling will only be made available after entries have closed and overnight stabling has been allocated.

Paddocks cafe on site serving hot and cold food, drinks and snacks.

Gala Evening menus available.

£15 per adult/£10 per child (U12) for seating on our gallery with an Italian-themed menu and a bird's eye view of the evening's performance.

£30 per adult/£20 per child U12 for VIP seating in our upstairs restaurant with a 3-course menu and panormaic views of the gala performance.
