Entries close Friday or when classes are full.
Classes will be held in outdoor arena with wax track surface.
Warm up will be in large outdoor arena /Covered arena. Good lorry parking on hard standing.

Payment Details & Event Fees

Brook Farm is an Equestrian Club which requires all competitors to be members. You can buy your lifetime membership at the centre for just £2 with your online entry.

Entries in advance only. You can book using our Secure Online Entry System.
Payment is secure and it goes directly to BFEC.
You will receive an email confirmation of your booking and payment.

Entry fees £12.00 per class, 2nd Rounds £15.00
Late entries accepted if classes not full at additional £2.00 per class.
PLEASE NOTE TO ENTER YOU MUST STATE YOUR TRAILBLAZER. MEMBERSHIP NUMBER ON YOUR ENTRY FORM.

Special Classes

Classes 1, 3, 5 and 7 will go towards Brook Farm Points League
Trailblazer Restrictions and Rules – Please remember to join it is FREE and you only join once. All tests at 58% and over gain qualification at that level, in the event of a partnership ceasing, qualification also ceases. Only qualified partnerships from the Second Round can compete at the Final. Riders qualifying in First Rounds go forwards to Second Round competitions. There will be 6 competitors that qualify in both the junior and senior second round classes at each level for the Championship at the Royal Showground, Stoneleigh Park, Kenilworth, Warwickshire, summer 2019. It is very important that you leave your Name, Address and Telephone number with us if not all ready done so on the entry form so we can pass it on to Trailblazers. For horses that are currently registered with British Dressage or horses that have been registered within the preceding 12 months the following rules apply. The maximum number BD points permitted at Trailblazers 2nd rounds and finals are Maximum horse points per level for the Second Rounds and Championships Intro 50 points at Preliminary and none at any levels above Preliminary 100 points at Preliminary or above Novice 100 points at Novice or above Elementary 75 points at Elementary or above Points at the level(s) below that at which a horse competes are not taken into account. Downgrading for horses will not apply for any combinations wishing to qualify for the Trailblazers Championship Finals. It is up to the competitors to know their own point’s total. Any competitor can of course compete H/C. Breaching this rule may incur elimination from all competitions at that event.

Withdrawals/Refunds

All withdrawals from the competition must be accompanied by a Vets/Doctors certificate if you want a refund of entry fees.
