Show Information
Cheryl is a qualified Performance and Confidence coach. She is also a BHS, Centre 10 and BE accredited coach, as well as a BD listed judge. Each session will be tailored to the participants. Training can include stride distances, warming up safely, confidence building, jumping a course and much more. Heights ranging from cross poles upwards.
