All training will be with our regular IBRC trainer Jonathan Allinson

At summer camp we try to have a relaxed social atmosphere, and after discussions with Jonathan have tried to offer a choice of training options to suit all riders.
 

Stabling options
2 nights stabling (Friday & Saturday) at a price of £130.00 or 3 nights stabling (Thursday, Friday & Saturday) at a price of £160.00. All stabling prices are inclusive of straw bedding and use of the facilities at Poplar Park.
 

Training options
Option 1 - 4 training sessions, Polework on Friday, show jumping and XC on Saturday and XC on Sunday. Option 1 costs £65.00
Option 2 - 3 training sessions, Polework on Friday, a choice of show jumping or XC on Saturday (please put in notes on the online booking system which you would like to do) and XC on Sunday. Option 2 costs £50.00
Option 3 – 2 training sessions, 1 session on Saturday either show jumping or XC (please put in the notes on the online booking system which you would like to do) and 1 session Sunday XC. Option 3 costs £40.00
 

All the training options above will be on the online booking system, you will need to pick one of the training options and one of the stabling options.
 

Timetable
Thursday arrival if staying three nights. Get settled hack out if you wish.
 

Friday arrival if staying two nights. 1 training session group pole work.
 

Saturday
There will be 2 ridden sessions throughout the day (or one if you have chosen this option)
AM – Group show jumping session or gridwork either on the surfaced arena or in the show jumping field depending on the ground conditions.
PM – Group cross country session
 

Sunday
There will be 1 ridden session
AM & PM - group cross country session
There will be no more than 4 to a group
Riders will be sorted into groups of similar ability. Times for Friday sessions will be sent by email the week before camp, times for Saturday and Sunday will be given out on the Friday evening.
 

Included in the cost:
• Stabling for two or three nights, stables include straw bedding
• Jonathan Allinson training in groups, booked online as 4, 3 or 2 sessions
• Unlimited use of the facilities at Poplar Park including some fantastic hacking
What to bring:
It is advisable to bring your own tools/wheelbarrows. You will need to bring your own hay, feed and buckets.
 

Facilities
• Clubhouse with mains electricity for charging phones and a fridge for cooling drinks.
• Toilet and shower block on the main yard.
• Plenty of hacking is available.
• Well behaved dogs are welcome but must be kept on a lead in all training and stable areas.
• Hook up available £10 per night but Poplar Park only have space for 4 hook ups. Hook up will be given first come first served to those that request it. Please put in your notes of you would like hook up and we will let you know if you have been successful in a space.

Camp will run on a first come first served basis and is open to members only. Payment is due in full for camp at the time of entering.

You may cancel your place at camp and receive a full refund up to four weeks before the start date. Any withdrawals under four weeks of the start date will receive a full refund only if the place can be filled or a part refund of the stabling fee if the space cannot be filled. Entry will be online only via My Riding Life. No entries will be accepted by email or telephone.
Camp will run on a first come first served basis and is open to members only. Payment is required at time of entering.
Please complete all sections of the online form fully.
Horses aged from 4 years as of January 2019 can attend, however only horses 5 years and above may take part in the XC element of camp. There will be no reduction in the cost for those that choose to attend but cannot take part in the XC.
Family and friends are welcome to spectate, no children in the evening please as this is an adult only camp.
Hook up will be available.
