FOR HORSES AND PONIES

 

ENTRIES ON THE DAY

 

18th April, 2nd May, 16th May, 6th June, 27th June, 11th July, 25th July, 7th Aug, 29th Aug

 

START: 5.30 PM. PROMPT 

CLASS 1:       X-POLES (To start at 5.30 p.m. prompt)

CLASS 2:      OPEN 55CM (To start approx. 6.00pm)

CLASS 3:      OPEN 65CM (To start approx. 6.30pm)

CLASS 4:      OPEN 75 CM (To start approx. 7.00pm)

CLASS 5:      OPEN 85 CM (To start approx. 7.30pm)

CLASS 6:      OPEN 95 CM (To start approx. 8.00pm)

 

CLASSES WILL RUN SINGLE PHASE

 

ENTRY FEE: £10 (ALL ENTRIES ON THE DAY)

NO FIRST AID CONTRIBUTION REQUIRED.

 

FLU VACCINATIONS: All horses must be vaccinated - either 12 month booster or the first two vaccinations of the primary course plus 7 days.

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

Classes 3-6 are first round qualifiers for Trailblazers 2020

Classes 3-6 are Cricklands Qualifiers 

 

PRIZE MONEY: 

8-15 starters: 1st – £10

16-20 starters: 1st - £10, 2nd - £8

20+ starters: 1st - £10, 2nd - £8, 3rd - £5

Competitors must jump clear in the first round to qualify for prize money. In the event of less than six starters in any class rosettes to 6th place only will be provided. Prize money to be collected on the evening or will be forfeited.

Correct dress please with the exception of show jackets not required in case of inclement weather.

STRICTLY NO HORSE OR PONY ALLOWED IN THE COLLECTING RING

TERMS & CONDITIONS 

No responsibility will be accepted by the organisers for anything that may happen to competitors, onlookers or their property, servants or anyone in connection with the event. It shall be considered a condition of entry that each entrant agrees to indemnify the organisers against any legal action arising thereto. 

The decision of the Judges is final. If any person wishes to lodge a complaint, this must be done so in writing within 30 minutes of the incident along with a deposit of £20 (which will be returned if the complaint is upheld). 

 

The organisers reserve the right to refuse entry, amend the details of the schedule should it become necessary, or to cancel any class with insufficient entries. Once a class has been entered, refunds will not be given.
