Entries in advance or on the day. You can enter using our Secure Online Entry System.
Payment is secure and it goes directly to Crofton Manor EC.
You will receive an email confirmation of your class entry and payment.
Entry fee: £8.00 pre entry £10.00 on day entry.
April - June Sunshine Tour Qualifiers.
Six shows held throughout the summer accumulating points from each class for the Championship.
Accumulator Points Rules
Each of the 26 classes in the In Hand & Ridden Shows schedules is its own competition.
Each class placing 1st-6th is awarded points 1st 6 points, 2nd 5 points,
3rd 4 points, 4th 3 points, 5th 2 points, 6th 1 point.
At every show if you win more points in the same class they are added to the named equine total.
Points are awarded to the equine – not the rider or handler or owner. (It is the rider or handler or owner’s responsibility to enter the equine by the same name in shows entered to gain points)
At the last of the six shows each class points will be tallied.
The champion rosette will be awarded to the equine gaining the most points.
In case of equal points:
1. The equine competing in this class at the most shows takes precedence.
2. Equines attending the said class at the last show.
In case of a tie on the above criteria each will be awarded a champion rosette.
Prize: A Champion rosette and medal.
Presentation to the winner at the last show
All new points won on 15.09.19 will be added then verified (checked), the champion point’s winner of each class will not be presented in the ring.
The winner then will then be called to the secretary to pick up the rosette.
If you are not able to attend the show or have to leave before the champion points winner of the class is presented you must send a SAE to the show secretary for the champion rosette to be sent to you or arrange to meet the show secretary to collect.
Points will be available at the 25.08.19 show for you to verify – only errors in results prior to 03.09.19 can be altered.
1. The organisers & landowners do not accept any liability for damage, accident, injury or illness to horses, riders, spectators or personal property.
2. No unauthorised persons to enter arenas.
3. Approved Hard hats and appropriate riding clothes must be worn.
4. No horse or pony under 4 years may enter any of the ridden classes.
5. The Judge’s decision is final.
6. No illegal outside assistance by spectators.
7. No horse or pony to be ridden by more than one rider in any one event except clear round jumping.
8. Objections must be made within 15 minutes of the offence and must be accompanied by £100 which will be refunded if the objection is sustained.
9. Under no circumstances will entry fees be refunded due to cancellation by competitors (unless accompanied by a doctor or veterinary certificate).
10. Competitors who enter more than one class which may clash do so at their own risk. Classes will not be held up and no entries will be refunded.
11. Age (where applicable) as of the day of the 1st show of the series.
12. Crofton Manor EC reserves the right to cancel classes if insufficient entries.
13. The centre reserves the right to refuse or cancel any entry or entries of any Person if they shall deem it fit to do so without reason for doing so.
14. Anyone found galloping around the arenas will be asked to leave immediately.
15. The Judge may disqualify any competitor for misuse of whips or spurs. Whips over 30” in length are not allowed.
16. No lungeing.
17. Competitors are responsible for adhering to their start times.
18. Please remove all droppings/hay from the showground
19. All dogs to kept on a lead at all times.
