ENTRIES CLOSE: 7 days before competition
 Vaccination Certificates must be shown before un loading please. We are operating a policy that requires a booster within the last 6 months, but not within the last 7 days.

Payment Details & Event Fees

Entries accepted in advance using our Secure Online Entry System.
Payment is secure and it goes directly to West Wilts EC. You will receive an email confirmation of your class entry and payment.
Please make sure you check details here to make sure you enter the correct amounts in the payment boxes and fill in all necessary fields.

Late entries are £3 extra per class if space permits.
There will be a surcharge of £5 per entry for anyone entering after the times have been done ie 3 days before the competition.

Withdrawals/Refunds

Refunds only if withdrawn before the close of entries or if replaced from a waiting list
