Paul and Tessa Fielder will be joining us at 6.30pm on Friday 28th June. Paul Fielder is recognised as one of the most successful trainers in Europe. He has successfully
helped to develop the Dressage careers of many young riders making him a much sought after
trainer and mentor. His system of training is a blend of modern techniques and classical principles,
he is very practical in his teaching. Paul and Tessa Fielder have been involved in dressage sport for
over 30 years. This ticket only event will be a fun, informative and interactive evening. Their
knowledge and ability will make this a must see event for all riders, coaches and trainers.
Gin bar, food and trade stands will be open late both evenings!

Payment is secure and it goes directly to Sparsholt College.

Stabling available £35 per night or £70 for the weekend
If you have gained 3 scores of over 62% at any of our unaffiliated shows between August 2018 and June 2019 you have qualified to compete in our NETTEX Unaffiliated championship classes on Sunday 1st July! (Please see below for restrictions)
generous prizes will be donated by NETTEX and our trade stands
with mounted prize givings, sashes and all the feel of a championship show!
Restrictions on Championship qualifying;
Intro - combination not to have competed novice or above
Prelim - combination not to have competed elementary or above
Novice - combination not to have competed medium or above
Elementary - combination not to have competed advanced medium or above
Medium- open (there will be a designated test at the final)
Advanced Medium - GP PYO- Open (there will be designated tests at the final)
Music- as above ref level.
• It shall be deemed a condition of entry that the organisers, the landowner and his
agents shall not be held responsible for any loss, injury or damage to competitors,
onlookers,their property,servants or horses and ponies how so ever caused
on the premises
• Riders must wear riding hats to current approved British Dressage and British
Standards, with the chinstrap properly fastened at all times when mounted.
• All competitors have a responsibility to ensure that they and their horse are fit and at
an appropriate standard to compete in the event
• NO DOGS are allowed on the college premises due to College Farm Policy
• The Organiser reserves the right to cancel any show, alter classes and refuse any entries
without explanation. In the event of cancellation, refunds will be made less £3.00 per
entry form to cover administration costs
• All horses and ponies must be 4 years old or over
• Horses may be ridden once only in each class, with the exception of the PYO
• No lunging permitted
• Please use the bins provided for litter and droppings
• In the interests of health and safety, everyone must take all reasonable precautions
to avoid and prevent accidents occurring and obey the instructions of the Organiser
and Stewards
• For the avoidance of doubt and unless explicitly stated to the contrary, medical
facilities will be limited to standard NHS accident and emergency call out
• Horses and ponies tied up outside horse boxes or trailers must not be left unsupervised
• Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult
• All classes will be judged under current BD rules
• No refunds, substitutions or transfers can be made after entries close
• First aiders on site. Vet on call
