Neither the Organisers or the Venue Proprietors accept liability for any accident, damage, injury or death to any competitors/equines/spectators/grooms or any other person or property present. We advise all competitors their families, employees and spectators to have their own Insurance cover to at least third party liability. Competitors are required to wear protective headwear to a minimum of KIT EN 1384 or PAS015 without a fixed peak and the chin strap which must be fastened at all times when mounted, all competitors must wear body protectors and a medical arm band. Any complaints must be given to the secretary within 30 minutes of said complaint along with a £10 fee which is refundable if the complaint is upheld. Any disagreement on the final scores must be brought to the secretary’s notice BEFORE prize giving. Dogs MUST BE ON LEADS at all times. All horses/ponies MUST be 4yr old & over Please clean up your droppings from the car parks & access areas.
