Enter via MyRidingLife on Elstead Riding Club website: www.elsteadridingclub.co.uk/ERC/ and click on On-Line Entries. Or to pay by cheque, please download the ERC entry form from the website and send to:
The Competition Organiser, 8 Bishops Road, Farnham, Surrey GU0 0JA.
Entry Fee: ERC members £12 / Non-members £15 per class
On 2nd February, the Area 11 team dressage friendly (1) will run concurrently with classes 3, 4 & 5. Separate team schedule and entry form will be sent to affiliated BRC clubs within Area 11. Horses entered in the Area team competition are not allowed to compete in classes 1 & 2 on 2nd February.

Prize Information

hRosettes to 8th place in each class
At the end of the series on 7th April, the competitors with the highest and second highest points gained during this series will receive a sash, rosette and prize at Intro, Prelim, & Novice/Elementary

Special Classes

Sunshine Tour 2019: These shows are qualifiers for The Sunshine Tour Championships held at The All England Jumping Course, Hickstead from Thursday 12th to Sunday 15th September 2019. The Championships are for unaffiliated and amateur competitors. Qualification goes to those placed 1st – 4th in dressage classes. Bring your Personal Qualification Form available from www.sunshinetour.co.uk or ask the Secretary for a ‘Wild Card’. Rules and restrictions apply, please check the website www.sunshinetour.co.uk for Terms & Conditions.

Terms & Conditions

Photography and/or Filming: Please be advised that photography and/or filming will be taking place at our events. This could be in the arenas or within the exercising and lorry parking areas. If you do not wish to appear in any images captured please inform the secretary so that we can take appropriate steps to ensure you are not included. The photographs/film could potentially be included in publicity sent to the local press or in Elstead Riding Club promotional materials in the future and may also be published on the Elstead Riding Club website and social media.
Please note that any professional photographer or camera person must report to the Show Secretary and pay a fee of £15 to Priory Equestrian.

RULES AND REGULATIONS
1. All events will be run in accordance with British Riding Club rules. 2. The decision of the Judge is final 3. Any objection must be made in writing within 30 minutes of the incident, accompanied by a deposit of £20 which will be refunded if the objection is sustained 4. Neither the organisers nor Priory Equestrian accept liability for any claims in respect of injury or damage to any person, animal or property, however caused 5. The organisers reserve the right to amend the schedule as necessary including moving tests to a different arena if circumstances require this. 6. The organisers reserve the right to reject or cancel any entry made by any person or cancel any class (refunding any fees paid less £2 per competitor to cover administrative expenses) 7. No entries will be refunded without a Vet or Doctor's Certificate 8. Dogs must be kept on leads at all times. 9. A ‘riding hat’, designed to provide protection and with a three point harness properly adjusted and fitted, must be worn at all times when mounted by anyone, whether or not a competitor, at all Elstead Riding Club events/ competitions, including exercising, warming up and competing. Failure to do so may incur elimination. The British Riding Clubs standard for protective headgear can be seen at www.elsteadridingclub.co.uk/teams.html Competitors are responsible for ensuring their hat meets the required standard. 10. All competitors must wear the correct riding clothes whilst competing and exercising. 11. Stewards' instructions must be followed 12. Misuse of whips or spurs will incur elimination. Blatant use of bad language may result in the competitor being eliminated and/or barred from further competitions 13. Juniors must be accompanied by an adult 14. Horses must be kept to a walk unless in warm-up or competition arenas 15. The organisers reserve the right to eliminate any competitor who, in their opinion, places him/herself or others in any danger or who fails to observe the rules in this schedule 16. Horses who are not competing are not allowed on the show ground without prior permission from the show secretary 17. All competitors and/or owners, must have their own insurance which includes suitable public liability.

HEALTH & SAFETY
The event is organised in accordance with health and safety legislation and all who have, to any extent, control of the site on which this event is run are responsible for ensuring that everything reasonably practicable is done to ensure health, safety and welfare of those attending the event. The organisers have taken reasonable precautions to ensure the health and safety of everyone present. For these measures to be effective please take all reasonable precautions to avoid accidents, and obey the instructions of all Stewards and Officials.
