First aid cover £4.00 per rider
Closing date is Monday 5th February 2018. Late entries received after this date will incur a late entry fee of £4 per class (numbers permitting).

Terms & Conditions
1. The decision of the Judges and Stewards is final. 2. No entry fees will be refunded. 3. All horses and ponies must be 5 years old and over. The judges reserve the right to disqualify any rider they consider to be ‘under-horsed’. 4. Save for the death or personal injury caused by the negligence of the organisers, or anyone for whom they are in law responsible, neither the organisers of this event or The Pony Club nor any agent, employee or representative of these bodies, nor the landlord or his tenant, accepts any liability for any accident, loss, damage, injury or illness to horses, owners, riders, spectators, land, cars, their contents and accessories, or any other personal property whatsoever, whether caused by their negligence, breach of contract or in any way whatsoever. Entries are only accepted on this basis. 5. The organisers of this event have taken all reasonable precautions to ensure the health & safety of everyone present at this event. For these measures to be effective, everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents. They must obey the instructions of the organisers and all officials and stewards. 6. Objections must be written and handed to the Show Secretary within 15 minutes of the incident together with a deposit of £20. If the objection is sustained the £20 will be refunded. 7. All classes to be judged under current Pony Club Show Jumping Rules in effect at the date of this competition, and in addition, Class 3 & 4 will also be judged under Dengie Debut, Winter League SJ Rules 2018/19 series. Copy of rules available from www.pcuk.org. Please check for eligibility 8. Correct riding attire and hat, which must comply with current Pony Club standards (see www.pcuk.org) must be worn at all times when mounted. It is strongly recommended that body protectors are worn. Only blunt spurs without rowels or sharp edges may be worn. If the spur is curved the curve must be downwards. 9. Age is taken as at 1st January 2019. Class restrictions as at entry close date. 10. The use of foul language will not be tolerated and will lead to immediate elimination.

Results will be posted on the VAHPC website. If you would prefer your child not to be named, please advise the Secretary in writing.
