6 MONTH BOOSTER REQUIRED FROM 1 MARCH 2019 
Due to the increase in the number of reported cases of Equine Flu via the BEF & AHT we will be implementing the “within the last 6- month booster” as mandatory for all horses competing at West Wilts from 1 March 2019 till further notice. 
Please note you MUST also leave 7 days after any Flu vaccine before competing.
We will accept annual boosters till this date unless the proximity of the virus changes.
A valid passport must accompany the horse to all competitions and be shown to the secretary BEFORE unloading.

10am start. Times will be on the website 2 days before the competition

This is The Area 14 Pony Club second round for those already qualified - Please note we must have a copy of your Q Form signed by your DC. 

You can scan and email this to us, or put it in the post, please make a note on your online entry to let us know how you are sending this.

Payment Details & Event Fees

Entries accepted in advance using our Secure Online Entry System.
Payment is secure and it goes directly to West Wilts EC. You will receive an email confirmation of your class entry and payment.
Telephone entries will not be accepted.

Entry Fees: £15.50 (cash or card ONLY). Dengie £17.00
Late entry if space £3.00 extra.
Late entries/changes after times are published £5.00 extra.

Prize Information

ROSETTES: 1st - 6th
PRIZE MONEY: £15.50, £10, £6 (in the ratio of 1 prize for every 5 (completed) starters except DENGIE classes)

Special Classes

QUALIFIERS: DENGIE Qualification at Area Competitions THE FIRST THREE IN EACH SECTION AT AREA COMPETITION AND ANY TYING FOR THESE PLACES WILL QUALIFY FOR THE CHAMPIONSHIPS. Score of 58% and over Qualifies for Trailblazers and for Cricklands please ask in office for forms Trailblazers Qualifier Levels – Juniors Intro – Novice Seniors Prelim – Elementary

Withdrawals/Refunds

Refunds - only if withdrawn before the close of entries or if replaced from a waiting list less £3.00 admin fee
