Come and meet the team at Neue Schule for bitting advice.
Measure your rein contact using the Avansce Synchronicity system on either a mechanical horse or bring your own (timeslots available - £5 per horse).
The café will open be serving delicious cakes throughout the day.

You can enter using our secure online entry system. Once a slot has been booked it will be marked as closed. Payment goes directly to Richmond Equestrian Centre

Terms & Conditions
1 Hire charges must be paid on or prior to hire date.
2 Hirers must ensure they are covered by suitable insurance and must indemnify REC Arenas and its owners/staff against any claim for accident, injury, loss or similar, however caused to either horse, rider or spectators.
3 On arena hire days First Aid will not be provided by REC Arenas.
4 Due to circumstances beyond REC Arenas control it may be necessary to change or cancel your booking. Where the change is considered major as decided by RECArenas you will be offered the option to accept the change or to receive a full refund of any monies paid against the booking. REC Arenas is not responsible for any other costs, expenses or damages which may have been incurred by the client or their guest as a result of the change.
5 Hirers must stick to their allocated time slot so they don’t interfere with any other bookings.
6 Use of the arena is at the hirer’s risk. All hirers are advised to check arena before entering to ensure that it has been left in a safe condition by the previous occupant.
7 All clients are deemed responsible and must ensure full compliance with relevant Health & Safety Policies. REC Arenas reserve the right to halt any actions which we consider to be contrary to our Health and Safety Policy or which we consider unsafe.
8 No smoking in arenas
9 All clients and their guests and customers are required to adhere to commonly accepted standards of decency and good behavior. Racial abuse, discrimination, swearing and loud or aggressive conduct will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to ask any person on the premises to leave immediately. We reserve the right to refuse admission to any person without giving reason.
10 No horses to be left tied up outside wagon or trailer.
11 No mucking out onto Lorry Park.
12 Litter is to be taken home with you or disposed of in bins provided.
13 Children under 16 must be supervised at all times.
14 Please return any equipment used back to its storage area after use unless already set up prior to hire.
15 The hirer is responsible for any damage caused to the premises or equipment and must pay the total amount required to make good any such damage.
16 Please poo pick during/after your hire.
17 It is mandatory for all riders to wear a protective helmet to British standard EN1384 or PAS015 at ALL times while mounted on REC Arenas property. Body protectors are strongly advised and suitable footwear worn.
18 Dogs must be kept on leads & under appropriate control at all times and are prohibited in Café and viewing area.
19 All hirers must bring someone with them or provide contact details in case of emergency.
