IMPORTANT: Equine Flu Biosecurity

In line with continued advice from the BEF, BHS and our vets, the following biosecurity measures will be implemented for everyone bringing horses to Swallowfield Equestrian Centre.

All horses must be vaccinated or had a booster for Equine Influenza within the last 6 months minimum (1st August 2018 onwards). All horses must arrive with their original passports, not copies, and must be handed to the show secretary for checking BEFORE unloading. Any horses arriving on site without an original passport, showing an out of date vaccine or if a booster has been given in fewer than 7 days, will unfortunately be turned away.

If you have any concerns on the health of your horse or a horse on the yard where you are based, DO NOT TRAVEL and contact your veterinary surgeon as soon as possible. If you have any questions please email swallowfieldinfo@gmail.com for advice.

Entries in advance. To enter:

A: You can enter using a Secure Online Entry System. Payment is secure and it goes directly to Swallowfield Equestrian.
You will receive an email confirmation of your class entry and payment.

B: Download & complete the Entry Form and return to the Secretary together with your cheque made payable to "Swallowfield Equestrian" or fill in your Credit/ Debit card details please include issue, start and expiry date.

Entries £10.00 per warm up class £15.00 per Qualifying class. 
Add £2.00 per class if you require a reader

Rosettes awarded to 6th place in each class.

NO SMOKING - Due to insurance restrictions, smoking is not permitted anywhere on site.

As a competitor / participant at Swallowfield Equestrian Ltd events, you agree and understand that by making this entry or booking that we may publish some your personal information as part of the results of the event and may pass such information to the governing body or any affiliated organisation for the purpose of contractual agreements, insurance, licences or for publishing results either for the event alone or combined with or compared to other events. Results may include (but not be limited to) name, any club affiliation, membership numbers, event times etc.
