All entries to be pre-paid by 18th December 2018
Showing Classes – Can be either In Hand or Ridden – Western or English
We will be limited on spaces so don’t be disappointed – get your entries in early

Payment Details & Event Fees

Entries in advance or on the day. You can book using our Secure Online Entry System.
Payment is secure and it goes directly to Coleshill Heath Riding Club.
You will receive an email confirmation of your booking and payment.
ENTRY FEES: Classes 7 to 17 CHRC/SRC Members £4.00, Non - members £6.00

Prize Information

Rosettes 1st- 6th place Traditional monthly points and annual trophies. Should there be sufficient entries CHRC reserve the right to introduce cash prizes for members only

Special Classes

We offer many Championship qualifiers at our shows including our own CHRC 60th Anniversary Championships plus Royal London, Midarc, BBA, TSR Showing Finals, VHS, ESUK, The Sunshine Tour, Wales and West (Cricklands) The Great Midlands Horse Show and many more Please see separate qualification criteria for each Championship

Terms & Conditions

SRC have very kindly allowed us to share their venue and enable us to hold our Christmas Fun Show
Please note that SRC have their own schedule and are allowing our members to enter at the members fees and not Non-members fees. This is a substantial reduction per class if you are not current SRC members and we are sure you will appreciate their gesture.
CHRC believe it to be fair to offer their members the same fees for all classes within this schedule
Class entries may need to be restricted to due to loss of light – pre-entry only for classes 7-17
ALL COMPETITORS will need to provide/produce their membership cards/numbers when entering to be eligible for discounted rates
ALL Standard CHRC Club Rules Apply plus those rules relating to the venue as outlined below

RULES & CONDITIONS:
SRC and / or the organising committee cannot be held responsible for any accident, damage, injury or illness to horses, ponies, riders, owners, grooms, ground spectators or any other person or property whatsoever other than liability for refund of entry fee in the event of abandonment of the competition or a class.

HEALTH & SAFETY:
The organisers of this event have taken all reasonable precautions to ensure the health and safety of everyone present. For these measures to be effective everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid accidents occurring and must obey the instructions of the organiser and all officials and steward. All riders when riding, whether competing or not, must wear hard hats marked BS / EN 1384, PAS015 with a BSI Kitemark or prefixed with ASTM with an SEI mark or SNELL E2001 all worn with a strap properly adjusted and fastened. Correct dress & footwear to be worn. Horses & ponies must be 4 years old and over. Entries accepted at rider’s risk. The organisers reserve the right to refuse an entry at their discretion, cancel, amend or amalgamate any class for any reason whatsoever. The organisers’ decision is final. Will dog owners please note – we now have a poop scoop policy in operation, please use the bins provided.
