6 MONTH BOOSTER REQUIRED FROM 1 MARCH 2019 
Due to the increase in the number of reported cases of Equine Flu via the BEF & AHT we will be implementing the “within the last 6- month booster” as mandatory for all horses competing at West Wilts from 1 March 2019 till further notice. 
Please note you MUST also leave 7 days after any Flu vaccine before competing.
We will accept annual boosters till this date unless the proximity of the virus changes.
A valid passport must accompany the horse to all competitions and be shown to the secretary BEFORE unloading.

From 10am-2pm. Half hour slots available in a part boarded outdoor dressage arena
Please ensure you do not over run your allocated times to avoid any disruptions to the next booking

20m x 40m and/or 20m x 60m depending on previous set up
2 arenas may be hired at the same time so you may have other people riding in the adjacent arena
On occasions when already set up, the indoor may be available – with additional charge £5.00 for lights if required
Skips are in all arenas and we ask that all visitors to the Centre pick up any droppings before leaving the arenas to help keep the surfaces clean for other users.

Payment Details & Event Fees

Bookings in advance using our Secure Online Entry System.
Payment is secure and it goes directly to West Wilts EC. You will receive an email confirmation of your class entry and payment.

Breakages to be paid for.
£16.00 per 1/2 hour hire (max, 2 horses at any time)

Lights (if required) will be charged for separately on arrival.
Payment with Cash please.
