Payment is secure and it goes directly to Coleshill Heath Riding Club.

SHOWING VHS: £3.50 per class Non-Members £5.50
WORKING HUNTER: £4.00 per class Non-Members £6.00
DRESSAGE: £6.00 per test Non-Members £8.00
PRIZES: Rosettes 1st- 6th place Traditional monthly points and annual trophies.
Should there be sufficient entries CHRC reserve the right to introduce cash
prizes for members only
We offer many Championship qualifiers at our shows including our own
Royal London, TSR Showing Finals, VHS, ESUK, The Sunshine Tour, Wales and West
(Cricklands) 15+ Horses and Ponies, The Great Midlands Horse, RoR Riding Club Challenge and many more.

Qualification Cards – providing you and your horse meet the qualification criteria you can obtain your
card from the judges or appointed persons within the entries box
TSR Showing Finals This show is a qualifier for the 2019 TSR Regional Finals. Qualify and enter ANY of the
Regional Finals Central, East Anglia, North West, North East, South East, South, Wales & South West or Scottish.
You Do Not have to be a TSR member to qualify or enter a final. The Rider/Handler qualifies and can enter any
horse/pony in any number of Finals!
TSR Riders Finals - 1st & 2nd riders qualify and will receive a qualification card in the ring.
TSR In Hand Finals - The two highest placed Handlers with a TSR In Hand Card will qualify in any In Hand class.
Handlers MUST have their cards signed in the ring by the judge/steward, cards are available FREE from the TSR

TSR Medal Awards - TSR members can collect qualification cards & signatures and redeem for a TSR Medal see

Royal London - ISS
First, second & third placed horses/ponies in eligible classes will qualify for the Royal London Show 2019. Each
qualified horse/pony will receive a qualification card in the ring which will enable the owner to enter the Royal
London Show, provided the owner and rider/handler are, or become registered with the International Showing
Society within 21 days of the qualifying show. No horse registration is required. For up to date information

Open to members and non-members. All competitors and grooms must adhere to VHS Rules in all
circumstances. Failure to do so may result in immediate disqualification.
VHS Regional Final qualification. All competitors placed 1st to 4th in each Area Qualifier class will qualify for the
corresponding class at VHS Regional Finals. Members must have their showing card signed by the judge in the
ring as proof of qualification. Non-members will receive a red qualification card which can be exchanged for
signed showing card when applying for VHS membership. Regional Finals are open to members only.

15+ Horse & Pony Events-Dressage
These classes are aimed exclusively for horses & ponies aged 15 years & over giving competitors the opportunity to compete at 15+ National Dressage Championship Events. To enter the Championship events the rider and horse/pony will be required to join 15+ and the qualification cards must be returned within 14 days of the qualifying show. 15+ Horse & Pony Events-Showing
To qualify for the 2019 National Supreme Showing Championship Show (date/venue being finalised) the first, second and third highest placed 15+ horse/pony in classes 1-9 will qualify. To enter the National Supreme Showing Championship Show the rider/handler and horse/pony must register with 15+ Horse & Pony Events within 14 days of the qualifying show date. • The judge’s decision is final.
• Any objections or complaints must be made to the secretary in writing together
with a deposit of £20 which will be forfeited if the objection is not up held, or is
frivolous. The objection/complaint must be submitted within 30 minutes of the
incident.
• All ages as of the 1st January in the current year
• Show jumping classes will be judged under BSJA rules.
• Maximum of 3 competitive jumping classes per horse/pony.
• Please use litter bins provided.
• All dogs must be kept on a lead and poops scooped.
• The organizers reserve the right to cancel or amend a class at any time.
• Excessive use of artificial aids or abuse of horse/ponies will not be tolerated, any
person seen to be doing so, will be asked to leave the showground.
• The club or its officials cannot be held responsible for damage loss or injury to
persons or animals due to accident or any other cause.
• The organizers have taken reasonable precautions to ensure the health and
safety of everyone present. For these measures to be effective everyone must
take precautions to avoid and prevent accidents occurring and obey instructions of
the organizers.
• Correct attire and footwear must be worn at all times when mounted.
• Hard hats to be worn at all times with chin strap securely fastened all current
standards to be met – See BRC website for guidance or visit our website and the link

• Fall of rider. Rider will not be allowed to remount and will be asked to leave the
arena on foot.
• All annual trophies must be returned in a clean condition – no later than 6weeks
prior to the presentation. Penalties will apply to those failing to do so.
• No horse/pony to be entered twice competitively in any one class.
• Lead rein ponies must compete in snaffle bits
• The Committee reserve the right to decline membership and access to the grounds, events and facilities should the need arise
