Entries close Saturday 10 November 2018 (but classes could fill up before this)
Entries on day only if space permits
SINGLE PHASE COMPETITION. Everyone jumps whole course unless eliminated but 2nd part of the course will be timed and any faults over the course as a whole will be added to determine placings
Teams: To comprise teams of 3 or 4 riders jumping in the same class. Each team member will automatically be entered as an individual as well as part of a team in that class.
Best 3 scores in the team to count.
Competitors will only jump their class round and the score will count for both team and individual entry

Prize Information

Rosettes will be given to sixth place for individuals.
Rosettes will be given to fourth place for teams.
A BEST MEMBER rosette will be awarded to the highest placed Meon member in each class

Terms & Conditions

1 It shall be deemed a condition of entry that the organisers, the landowner and his agents shall not be held responsible for any loss, injury or damage to competitors, onlookers, their property, servants or horses or ponies howsoever caused on the premises. 2 These competitions will be run in accordance with the Riding Club Rulebook 2018. 3 Competitors who are not British Riding Club members should carry their own Third Party Liability insurance. 4 Riders who fall must retire from that class and leave the arena dismounted. They may compete in subsequent classes unless advised not to do so by First Aid officials. 5 Riders must wear hard hats to British Standard PAS 015: 1998 or 2011 provided they are BSI Kitemarked or Inspected IC Marked. VG1 01.040: 2014-12 provided they are BSI Kitemarked or Inspected IC Marked (BSEN or EN 1384 standards on their own are not acceptable.) 6 The judge’s decision is final. Any objection must be made in writing within 20 minutes of the said offence to the show organisers accompanied by a £20 deposit. 7 The Organiser reserves the right to cancel or alter classes. In the event of cancellation, refunds will be made less £3 per entry to cover administration costs. 8 No entry fee will be refunded without a doctor’s or vet’s certificate and a stamped self-addressed envelope sent to the entries secretary no later than 14 days after the date of the competition. (address: email entries secretary for address to use). 9 Absolutely no telephone entries. 10 All horses and ponies must be 4 years old or over. 11 No horse or pony may be ridden by more than one rider in any class. 12 No lungeing permitted. 13 Any dogs must be kept on leads - extending leads not permitted. 14 Please use the bins provided for litter. 15 Please remove droppings etc from lorry/trailer area when y
