STABLES WAITING LIST We will continue to endeavour to allocate stables to those booked onto the Stables Waiting List right up to the last few days before the commencement of the show. Historically we do receive a number of cancellations. We do also attempt to construct additional boxes to meet demand, subject to the physical space available. Note that private transfers and sales of stables/hookup are NOT PERMITTED If anyone should offer you stables, or you see anyone advertising in this regard, please let us know so that we may act accordingly to protect the Waiting List. Strict checks are in place to prevent this and if you buy stables privately or attempt to use stables originally booked by someone else, then no boxes would be available to you on arrival. Stables Waiting List bookings can be cancelled by the booker, subject to the same cancellation refund rules and cut off dates as above. If we offer stables to you per your Stables Waiting List booking, and you refuse the offer, this will count as you making a cancellation of the booking and as such will be subject to the cancellation refund rules and cut off dates as above. If by midnight on 20/10/2018 we are unable to allocate stables to you, then we will refund your Stables Waiting List booking on 21/10/2018, including monies paid for an associated hook up, to the full value of the Stables Waiting List/Hookup cost (the £1.50 online booking fee will not be refundable). Please ensure that you provide accurate contact details with your Waiting List booking – offers of stables will be made by phone call and/or text; if we are unable to make contact with you, the offer of stables may have to be passed down the waiting list.
BS and SouthView rules apply. See info above re cancellation and refund policy - by making a booking you agree to the terms as stated.
