Show Information
As a Master Mindset and Performance Psychology Coach, Jenni trains riders at ALL levels of equestrian sport to develop their mental performance and create real and lasting impact on their results. The workshop will be aimed at providing insight and techniques for all, from riders who are experiencing a crisis in confidence to those wishing to maximise their competitive performance. The workshop will be an hour and a half with a break in the middle for tea/coffee.

Payment Details & Event Fees
The cost will be £8 Meon members. Non members are welcome and the cost for them will be £10.
