Entry deadline Thursday 27th September (postal & online)
Entries may be taken after the deadline, only if space allows, at an additional cost of £2.00 per entry.

COURSE:
The course will be available for inspection from 2pm to 5pm Saturday 29th September 2018.
Consists of a course of show jumps immediately followed by cross country fences and will finish with the last fence as a show jump, the joker fence, which will be set at a discretionary 10cm higher than the rest of the course.
There will be a maximum of 20 jumping efforts, 9 Showjumping, 10 XC fences and the joker SJ fence.

BIBS:
Must be warn when mounted
Bib numbers will be provided
we have a small number of bibs for hire £10 refundable deposit, no change given.

All Classes are Open to Children & Adults of all ages

Terms & Conditions
• It is a condition of entry that each competitor has read, understood and agreed to abide by these rules. • The organizers, and all persons connected with the event, accept no liability for any accident, damage, illness or loss of, or to, any horse, rider, spectator or any other persons or property whatsoever • This competition will be run in accordance with British Riding Club Rules. • Winner is the rider with the fewest (or zero) faults with the time closest to the optimum time. • The organisers & landowners do not accept any liability for damage, accident, injury or illness to horses, riders, spectators or personal property • All competitors MUST, when mounted, be wearing a riding hat to the current BSEN1384 or PAS015 minimum standard, fitted with a 3-point harness. From 1 January 2016, no hats with a peak of any description will be permitted for the XC phase of any BRC competition Medical Arm band and a numbered bib correct for that horse and rider. Hat covers and silks will be permitted. Penalty for not obeying this rule is elimination • All competitors in cross-country phases must wear a BETA Level 3 (Purple Label) body protector manufactured in 2009 or later. Air jackets can be an addition to a body protector. • The Organizers reserve the right to alter, add to or cancel any Class, and to refuse any entry without stating a reason. • No Misuse of the Whip, equipment or Practise fences will be allowed, no galloping is permitted outside the rings • Practise fences jump must not be higher than the current class height • Horses/Ponies must be 4yrs old and over • Horses must not be left unattended whilst tied up to your lorry/trailer • The Judge’s decision is final. • Objections must be made within 15 minutes of the offence and must be accompanied by £15, which will be refunded if the objection is sustained. • Entries taken Online/in advance ONLY. Late entries will occur a £2.00 late charge • REFUND POLICY: 100% refund will be given for withdrawals before Closing Date. No refund after the Closing date unless replaced in which case a refund will be subject to a £4 admin fee. Entries received after Closing date will not be eligible for a refund. • In the event of illness or injury No refunds will be given without the production of a Vet or GP letter • No Stopwatches, Head Cameras, Body Cameras are permitted on the course. • Please remove all droppings/hay from the lorry park • An adult must supervise children at all times • All dogs must be kept on the lead and under control at all times • Hair above the hair collar • PHOTOGRAPHER ATTENDING - if you do not wish your child to be photographed, please notify the Secretary upon entry You do not need to be a member of a British Riding Club to enter this competition but it is strongly recommended that if you are not you carry some form of 3rd Party Public Liability Insurance.
