Show Information

There will be no drawn order approx. start times are a guide & some classes may take longer as it will depend on entries in classes times are a guide for travelling we do try and keep face book page updated with start times if they are any different to published. The first section is over show jumps and the second is timed over natural obstacles approx 16 fences in total. The natural obstacles will be timed and will have an optimum time. Jumping penalties from both sections will count and the closest competitor to optimum time with fewest jumping penalties will decided placing’s.

Payment Details & Event Fees

Entries can be done online on My Riding Life BUT we also take entries on the day at no extra cost.
Payment is secure and it goes directly to Moores Farm Equestrian Centre.
You will receive an email confirmation of your booking and payment.
Entries can also be made by post or email Cheques payable to Moores Farm Equestrian Centre.

Prize Information

Rosettes 1st-6th Prizes on entry ratio 6 starters 1st £12.00, 12 starters 2nd £8.00, 18 starters £4.00,

Withdrawals/Refunds

No refunds given on entries fees or private hire, unless veterinary certificate is produced.

Terms & Conditions

1. Run under BE showjumping rules (riders do not need to be registered with BE) 2. X-country colours or tailored jackets can be worn. Back protector’s optional but will be Compulsory for under 16yrs 3. Long boots or plain black/brown chaps must be worn. Hard hats conforming to current safety standards must be worn at all times when mounted. 4. All competitors take part entirely at their own risk 5. The judge’s decision is final and we reserve the right to alter or vary the schedule 6. Unaccompanied Competitors must provide the Show Organiser a contact telephone number in case of an emergency. Rules & Conditions 1. Shows will be run under either British Showjumping, British Dressage, BSPS, NSPS or BE rules. 2. Entries close on the day, unless otherwise stated on the schedule. 3. The organisers reserve the right to refuse any entrant without assigning a reason. 4. All competitors take part at their own risk. The organisers do not hold themselves responsible for any accident that may occur to any horse, pony, rider, spectator or property. 5. Protective headgear, must be worn whilst mounted on the showground. 6. In the event of insufficient starters lower prizes may be withheld. 7. All prize money won must be collected from the secretary before the end of the show. We will not hold prizes over. 8. The organisers have taken reasonable precautions to ensure the health & safety of everyone present. For these measures to be effective, everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid & prevent accidents happening & must obey the instructions of the organisers, officials & stewards. 9. No one should allow a stallion for which he/she is responsible as owner, lessee, authorised agent or rider to compete or be prepared in any competition without taking adequate precautions to ensure members of the public & their animals are not put at risk of injury. 10. ALL DOGS MUST BE ON LEADS & UNDER CONTROL AT ALL TIMES. 11. Please ensure that the correct foot wear Jodhpur boots or with gaiters or long riding boots only & show jackets are to be worn for all competitions .Pony club jumpers will be allowed at the children’s shows. 12. Please do not leave your horses/ponies left tied up to the side of the lorries/trailers unattended please if you animals start digging the car park you will be asked to put them back into your horsebox (In the event of the car park being busy we will ask that no animal to be tied up). We do ask if you do have to tie haynets up that you clear up any left on the ground. 13. No refunds given on entries fees or private hire, unless veterinary certificate is produced.
