height of fences in the First Round 0.90m All entrants must state year of birth
on the entry form. Class will be DRAWN ORDER With 10 Years and under Style
and Performance competitors going first. 11 and under section: Two double
clears rounds needed, competitors may ride a maximum of two ponies in the

REC Arenas has a strict “NO STRAW POLICY” only Eco bedding supplied onsite at £6.50 per additional bale is available. Please collect this from the Stable Manager upon arrival.
Please bring your own hay/haylage as we do not supply this on site.
Stables/ hook up cancelled before the closing date will be refunded less a £5 admin charge per booking.
Stables/ hook up cancelled AFTER the closing date will not be refunded regardless of circumstances.
Stables/ hook up booked for which no valid correspondence entries are received by the entries closing date will be redeemed as CANCELLED
Private or resale or transfer of stables is not permitted and neither transferor nor transference will be allocated a stable accordingly, therefore please do not book stables nor hook up except for your own use
REC Arenas has the right to re sell cancelled stables at their discretion; this does not in any way affect the refund entitlements
