In all classes, in the event of insufficient entries lower prizes may be withheld in accordance with rule 76.6.1 Clause 75.13 also applied where appropriate
Cancellation Rules:
Entries:
Class entry cancelled prior to publishing of drawn order for drawn order classes (usually 6pm the prior day), or cancelled prior to commencement of class for non-drawn order classes – refunded in full minus the stated Cancellation Admin Fee where applicable;
Stables and Hookup
Stables or hookup cancelled prior to the stated Stables Closing Date refunded minus cancellation admin fee. Stables or hookup cancelled after the stated Stables Closing Date, strictly no refund due regardless of circumstance. SouthView may resell cancelled stables or hookup at their discretion and this does not affect refunds payable. Neither stables nor hookup may not be resold nor transferred privately and stables can only be used for the booked horse/pony which must be competing at the show. Stable bookings for which no valid entries are received for the horse/pony/rider concerned by the Entries Closing Date will be deemed as cancelled after the Stables Closing Date and will not be allocated, nor can they be refunded.
Cancellation Admin Fees
Stables / Hookup - £5 will be payable per booking transaction cancelled in whole or part when cancelled prior to the Stables Closing Date. Entries - £5 will be payable per rider if the rider does not participate at the event
Notes: Any cancellation MUST BE BY EMAIL to office@southviewarena.com or IN PERSON at the show office.
The online booking fee is not refundable in any instance.
All sums include VAT
All approved refunds will be paid after the show within 21 working days.
Bookings cannot be transferred to other dates.
Non-Payment of Show Account
Any account remaining unpaid at the conclusion of the show, or any payment made which fails to clear, will be liable to a £20 non-payment fee; interest charges will commence immediately and all costs will be payable by the rider, or by the responsible parent or guardian in the case of riders below the age of 18.
Show accounts remaining unpaid after 28 days will be reported to British Showjumping.
Ticket to Ride entries can only be accepted with cash or card payment on entry.
