Rule 310. DRAWN ORDER First place rosette kindly sponsored by Equitop Myoplast In the event of 30 or more starters the class will be split and two sets of prize money awarded. Horses (or ponies in pony competitions) may compete in one section only. In the event of insufficient entries lower prizes may be withheld. Rule - 76.6 Foxhunter section: (a) For registered horses in Grade C that have not won a total of 700 points. Four double clears will qualify - in accordance with rule 310.6 (b) For all registered horses born on or after 1 January 2011, irrespective of points. Horses will be eligible for double clear qualification to attend second rounds providing they reach the age of seven years or under in the same calendar year as the Foxhunter Final - in accordance with rule 310.6 Four double clears will qualify. Four Double clears will qualify for the Senior Foxhunter Second Rounds. Qualifying period: 1st June-31st May inclusive. Those horses that have qualified for the Senior Foxhunter Championship in 2018 are not eligible for qualification to the 2019 Championship. Open section: For registered horses ridden by Adult, Associate or Junior Members. If combined with an open: In the event of 30 or more starters the class will be split with two sets of prize money.

Rule 313. DRAWN ORDER Rosettes kindly sponsored by Connolly's RED MILLS For registered horses that have qualified to compete by jumping double clear rounds in at least four Connolly’s RED MILLS Senior Newcomers First Round competitions in accordance with Rule 312.6. There will be 10 Second Round competitions. Qualified horses are eligible to be entered and to compete in any four of the 10 Second Round competitions. Qualifies for: Horse of the Year Show & the British Showjumping National Championships. Numbers to qualify: The first two horses, disregarding those already qualified, will qualify for the Horse of the Year Show. The first five, disregarding those already qualified, will qualify for the British Showjumping National Championships, plus those horses that jump clear in all three rounds of a Senior Newcomers Second Round. British Showjumping Boots / Leg Protection Ruling The total maximum weight of equipment allowed to be added to a horse’s leg; front or hind (single or multiple boots, fetlock rings etc), is 500g. All hind leg protections must have a maximum interior length of 16cm and a minimum exterior width of 5cm. The inside protection must be smooth and the fixations must be made of non-elastic Velcro type fasteners with no hooks or straps permitted. The rounded rigid part of the protection must be placed around the inside of the fetlock. No additional elements may be used in conjunction with the protection. Failure to comply will incur disqualification. Rule 290.15 - Pre-Entry Drawn Order Pre-entries may possibly be accepted before 9.00am providing that the number of entries are less than 60 (with the exception of County shows). Once entries reach 60 before 9.00am the class will be closed. Any entries taken on the day must compete first in the drawn order.

Prize Information

In all classes, in the event of insufficient entries lower prizes may be withheld in accordance with rule 76.6.1 Clause 75.13 also applied where appropriate

Withdrawals/Refunds

Entries must be cancelled in person at the show office, or by email to office@southviewarena.com,  prior to the commencement of the class.

On valid entry cancellation, a refund will be paid for entry fee and any first aid levy paid as follows:

- paid in full if the rider still participates in other classes  at the show.

- paid less £5 admin fee if the rider does not participate in the show at all.

The £1.50 online booking fee is non-refundable

NOTE cancellation cut off date for Stabling and hook up precedes class cut off - Class entry closing 13/7/2018 at noon. Stable/Hook up cancellation cut off 7th July 2018 at noon
