All required facilities and meals must be booked for in advance prior to the event

All stables will be ready for use on arrival and includes bedding.

Friday night arrivals are asked to come before 20:00 pm after which the yard is locked and secured

Saturday arrivals, the centre will be open from 07:00 am.


Payment Details & Event Fees

Bookings in advance. To enter:

A: You can enter using our Secure Online Entry System. Payment is secure and it goes directly to Swallowfield Equestrian.
You will receive an email confirmation of your class entry and payment.

 

Stabling Information: Yes

Stable hire – overnight  - £30.00

Stable hire – day only - £20.00

Additional shavings per bag - £7.20 inc VAT

Refreshments:

 Tea, coffee and biscuits will be available all day

Evening meal - Friday                                           £8.00  - bookable online

Continental Breakfast – Saturday                         £4.50  - bookable online

Buffet lunch – Saturday                                        £6.50  - bookable online
